The hotel is very good, with excellent facilities, although I didn't get the opportunity to try the pool. The staff are very friendly and professional and extremely helpful in all areas. The rooms are kept in very good condition and serviced regularly. The rooms are equipped with all varieties of supplies and disposables in case you forget anything. I loved the spacious walk-in shower. In-room dining is very good, the food is high quality, and room service support easy to use and courteous. Good selection of food types and a good wine list. The hotel is well located and provides transport facilities, at a small cost. The concierge is exactly what you would expect and you can ask almost anything, booking external restaurants, shopping and local information. There are plenty of comfortable meeting spaces and most areas have incredible views of the city and/or mountains. Next to the hotel, just a few minutes walk, is a shopping centre, the Essentai Mall, a high end collection of quality stores with a very good supermarket in the basement. I can highly recommend a stay here for business or pleasure, and will definitely visit again when I am next in Almaty.

    I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Almaty! The place is cozy, well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities you might need. Its central location near Atakent Pavilion and not far from Mega Center was very convenient, with plenty of grocery stores nearby and the beautiful Botanical Garden within walking distance. Despite being so centrally located, it’s on a quiet street, which made for restful night without any street noise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Almaty!

    Loved everything about this well-appointed apartment. It had everything I needed for a stay of over a week: small kitchen, laundry, comfortable bed. Steps away from bus stop that can get you nearly anywhere in Almaty and across the street from beautiful botanical garden.

    The hostal is economic, cozy, and comfortable. Elvira and Katia make a wonderful breakfast everyday and in general, the staff is considerate and accommodating. Very much recommend. While it is somewhat removed from downtown, you can get there conveniently with bus 86 (the public transit is great!) and there are a few nice cafes nearby and a pleasant botanical garden.

    A very accommodating and polite host, convenience of collecting flat keys and check-out at any time. A very good location with close proximity to green areas (e.g. Botanical Garden and the Atakent park). Overall, you can get from A to B in Almaty, you can get an Uber taxi which is around $5-6. In Almaty centre, there are good grocery shops open 24-hours . In August, there was a wide choice of local fruit, particularly melons around.

    I really enjoyed my stay there. The room is smaller than appear from the photoes, but I did not mind. It was clean and had everything, including washing machine. I did not regret to stay there. The location is also quite nice, just a few minutes walk from a very nice botanical garden. There is also shop nerby to buy food or groceries.
