CanadaIt’s a beautiful and comfortable hotel with plenty of room for our family of 4. It feels like it’s on the cusp of being much busier with all the changes in the area, so it was nice to see it while brand new. The restaurant on site was incredible for any and all meals. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was so welcoming!

CanadaWe stayed at this hotel because it was close to Chichen Itza , had a restaurant and large pool area. We had a great swim at the pool upon arrival . We had dinner in the restaurant and a the best Cochinita Pibil we have had on the Yutacan . We left the hotel at about 7:40 am for a 5 minute drive to Chichen Itza , for 8 am opening . We also had a great conversation with a gentleman at the front desk , born in Piste . He told us about growing up and Playing at the Chichen Itza site as kid before it became a tourist site . He also shared a video on Chichen Itza and its history , we grateful he shared his personal connection to this amazing place .

ItalySpacious and clean rooms. The hotel is very quiet and features a gated on-site parking area. The garden is beautiful, with a clean swimming pool. They even allowed us to check in early. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning, guests can enjoy tea/coffee and some cakes for breakfast.

Our tour guide, Jorge was very informative and spent a lot of time with us. I highly recommend hiring a guide. We wanted to learn as much about the Mayan culture as possible and we weren't disappointed. The overwhelming number of vendors was disappointing however and took away from the beauty of Chichen Itza.

I've been to this site three times and still discovered new...
I've been to this site three times and still discovered new things. Try to arrive sharp at 8 am or get in line a few minutes earlier to avoid the crowds, especially on Sundays when Mexican residents (with official ID) can enter for free. Use the entrance between the Temple of the Warriors to walk to the Market. Walk towards the hotels to see the Cenote Xtoloc. It's not as big as the Sacred Cenote (behind the Venus Platform), but most people miss it, and you can enjoy a less crowded view of the site.

Cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness of staff, and location near Pisté center as well as to the Chichén Itzá archeological site. Emilo Martin was especially helpful before and during our stay. Stay here instead of booking with a big chain hotel or visiting Chichén Itzá through a huge tour company! Support local businesses like this one. You will love it and you’ll not regret it.

A beautiful, beautiful hotel. The rooms are beautiful, and the views of the jungle are fantastic. We could even see chichen itza pyramid from our balcony.

This hotel was what I expected: a place to sleep the night before going to Chichen Itza to facilitate getting there very early to minimize crowds. We had two rooms, both with two double beds. They were perfectly nice. The pool was large and pleasant. We didn't eat any meals, preferring to try local restaurants. (I can give a strong recommendation to La Poblanita, 500m down the road.) Parking was easy, right out front.

Location is close to Chichen Itza. It is a nostalgic hotel. Nice staff. Lots of parking. Hot water. It is a nice change from the sterile, expensive hotels.
It is a simple hotel, but I liked it!

This was a pretty little hotel 1 km from Chichen Itza. It was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good. They had a nice pool and tidy garden.

Very nice and welcoming hotel with a central courtyard pool and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. With a nice late check out you can visit Chichen Itza in the morning and then come back for lunch and check out.

Grounds are quite beautiful and location is ideal - across from Ik Kil cenote and near Chichen Itza. cost is much less than nearby fancier hotels. Breakfast is included and when we had to leave before eating they packed us a substantial amount of food to take away.

Smooth check in process, friendly staff and great restaurant. Room was comfortable and very clean, shower was great. It's only a short drive to Chichen Itza, thought the hotel might have had a shuttle but doesn't. Swimming pool is well maintained and and clean.

The hotel is in short distance from the Archaeological site of Chichen Itza. They offer a good breakfast: pancakes, eggs, fruits etc. The pool is nice and well maintained. At reception we were able to secure us an English speaking guide for next morning for a fair price.
