Everything. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's brand new and everything is easy to use. The staff is absolutely awesome and will show you around the property. Special shout out to Vinah who was amazing!! The property is quiet and in a very convenient location across from a cafe called Dozo, a money exchange place, and several massage places. There is every type of food you can imagine in the basement of the mall. It's a very cheap Grab ride away from everywhere you'll need to go too. I could go on and on. Loved this place and already regret leaving!

Best place we’ve stayed at in Malaysia so far. Great location - right next to the KK night market. Really nice, clean room with so many amenities! Water, fridge (for all out market goodies) slippers, iron, + thoughtful details like an umbrella, and much more. All presented beautifully with nice ribbons and packaging. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and kind. They made sure that our every need was addressed. They even accommodated for a slightly later check out due to some issues we had. Very updated look + free upgrade to a window room. It is easy to see they take great pride in their accommodations and a positive experience for their guests. Loved our stay here and would come again.

Big room, very clean, very nice decorated, AC works perfect, huge window, and a minifridge, located centraly, plenty of food options nearby. Still, keep in mind that the rooms are at the second and the third floor and there is no elevator.

Hidden treasure in Kota Kinabalu. This is more apartment style accommodation, neither than hotel, but you feel like in good hotel, where everything is clear and convenient, staff is extremely helpful and polite, all your questions are getting answered immediately. The design of shower and toilet rooms are exceptional.

    Visited, or better tried to visit as part of Island hoping trip. It seems the majority of all three islands Manukan , Mamutik and Sapi are private land, leaving only a small part for day visitors. Snorkelling is also disappointing. Not much to see, especially not when sea is rough.
