Loved the location, right next to 2 Metro stations. The hotel was lovely, clean and quiet and breakfast was fantastic

People there are nice. And the coffee is great. I like the barista Stef, she’s super nice and professional.

Breakfast was great and the location was exactly where we wanted to be, namely close to the Van Gogh museum and the tram lines. Your staff are excellent and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were contacted by your staff regarding an item of luggage which we left in the taxi on the way to the train station and kindly returned to your hotel by the driver. This item was forwarded on to our next location without any problem by your excellent staff.

The breakfast was excellent,very extensive menu with some great omelettes made to order! The breakfast staff were very pleasant and friendly andd made my young daughter feel at home!The staff at check-in were very friendly and professional,providing great advice and tips for the best places to visit in the city. My family and I were very appreciative of this hospitality!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is superb, offering convenient access to key attractions and making my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the memorable stay at this exceptional hotel.

It's easy to reach the hotel as it's in 3 minutes walk from a metro station De Pijp. The receptionist is very helpful. You can leave you baggages before the check in or even after the check out for some little money which is really helpful. The hotel is basic but everything is clean and in fine working condition.

This is my third experience at the hotel Victoria. Is located at the Pijp district and the tram stops are just a few step (line 4) of (12) from the Amsterdam Center or Amsterdam Station. Check in very easy and the guys at the reception they were very helpful and friedly. The rooms are clean with Daily fresh towels, tv, fridge and kettle and the cleaner are very kind. The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet with both sweet and savory options. There are supermarket, restaurant and bar just a few meters walking and also close to the Rai exhibition centre and several museums. Actually my best place in Amsterdam. Thanks guys.

The concierge were very professional and the guests were very friendly. The bed, room, and facilities were quite accurate to the preview photos on the reservation. They have a great breakfast that you have to pay for but well worth with a great mix of american/european breakfast foods. The hotel is located right next to the Amsterdam Zuid station which was very convenient. The commute to Amsterdam Centraal was very quick by metro.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel is really well located, and the staff is very friendly. This is a simple hotel, don't expect any luxury, but that couldn't be expected from the price they charge. But I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has everything you could need. There is a direct bus line to the airport and the hotel is close to the museums and other attractions in the city.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and loved everything about the hotel. The interior is stunning, the rooms are very well-appointed and spacious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There are numerous seating areas throughout and we especially enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace near the bar and watching the sunset from the outdoor deck. The location is terrific, just a short walk from the Museum Quarter and the vibrant neighborhood of De Pijp. The king sized bed was very comfortable and a nice bonus was having extra seating including a reading chair, and a dining/workspace table with two chairs. Our room had ample storage space, a mini-fridge, safe, hairdryer, and coffee machine. As a nice surprise, we were upgraded to a canal view room at check-in. Special thanks to Lydia at reception for her excellent service during our stay! This was our first time staying at this hotel and we will book here again for future trips to Amsterdam.

New hotel, friendly staff, close to public transport and good value for money

Great, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Loved the option to get a free drink each evening if I skipped the room cleaning.

Reception folk were lovely and very helpful with directions. Loved the coffee and sweets in the lounge after a long day sight seeing. Welcome basket was delightful. They could not have been more welcoming.

Staff is extremely friendly, room is very clean. Although far from crowded place, the hotel location only 200m from Train & Metro Station. We did not try the breakfast (it seems nice from outside),

This hotel is in a very good location. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to tram stations (to go and come back) from the center of Amsterdam. The staff was welcoming, and the room service was excellent. The only thing negative was that the water pressure in the room was low on the days we were visiting. I would recommend this hotel for sure!
