The staff was very nice, the rooms were great, i really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was perfect also, but the best thing of all was the staff.

Excellent location. The girl at check-in was more than kind. Everyone is very kind. Considering that we agreed to participate in the sustainability program and did not request daily room cleaning, we received a bottle of wine as a gift. We also got an upgraded room with a nicer view. The pool and sauna are excellent. I would choose this hotel again next time.

Staff are really kindly and professional. My room was really good. There was renovation at hotel but they gave ear taps as complentary. It was a good .

Close to everything. Nice and stylish.

Especially the staff. I had a problem with my debit card but the staff were super helpful, nice and responsive and were very willing to help, which I’m very grateful about. Other hostels that I had reserved all around Europe were not so understanding. Also very good value for money, the room was warm, well cleaned and amenities were good. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and Amsterdam is small, so no need to use money on public transport.

Amazing owner! Helped with heavy luggage, and gave us the possibility to leave suitcases much earlier than we expected!

Lovely authentic boutique hotel in a great location with easy walking to tram stop, but also close to restaurants and the tourist sites. Staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast, wish we had booked to stay longer!

The location was excellent, there was a public parking nearby that you could park at. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Thankfully there were lots of towels too. The place was nice and crooked which is very typical for the old town buildings and it added to the charm of the location. The view on the canals was great!
