I was offered a free upgrade in form of a double room facing the garden.

Good stay second time on the SS Rotterdam big cabins handy shuttle bus also the water taxis from ship to shore in town are fast and handy better than just a a hotel .

I got the top floor room and it was super cozy

Perfect. Room. Service. Food is super.

The hotel was very accommodating with luggage storage and laundry. The staff were very helpful.

Great location close to the main train station, trams and metro. Nice breakfast.

Very spacious room, all the amenities were present, friendly and welcoming staff, good coffee, the best shower ever, great location, nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Everything: the rooms, the views, the staff, the facilities. All 10 out of 10!

thank you for the stay!! had a very cute dog, clean facilities, nothing fancy but comfortable

The room was excellent! The bed was delicious! The shower was a bit tiny but great!

A really friendly place to stay. Nice facilities and breakfast.

Clean and confortable Free fruits available even when you do not request breakfast

Very clean, the host was very nice, no complaints in any form. Great hotel!

It vas very clean, with good location and breakfast was great.

Good location, comfortable bed and room.

Great central but quiet location, very friendly staff

The room had more than enough space for me and my girlfriend to settle in. It was enough for us to be organized settled and comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and ordered the transport to our cruise ship the next day. The location was convenient to the cruise terminal which was the main reason for booking there. Restaurant near by.

The hotel is even nicer than the pictures uploaded on Booking.com. The room is very clean with convenient stuffs (like iron, kettle). The location is perfect, 3 mins walking to tram 8.

We were kindly updated to a better room with an amazing panoramic view of the city :) The staff are friendly, the breakfast has good variety, and location is comfortable

This was the comfiest bed of my life and the hotel was so clean. The vibe was so cute and the neighborhood so artsy full of restaurants.

Awesome stay. Everything so clean. Its not histel...its a complete hotel. And every one at reception is the bestttrt

The room was advertised for two people, but I think it’s only really comfortable for one. Overall, it was clean, and the shower was perfectly adequate. The hairdryer, in particular, could easily compete with those in luxury hotels! :) However, if you’re staying as a couple, you might find it difficult to move around comfortably due to the limited space.

Beautiful room and location was perfect for a short stay
