A gorgeous property from the front door. Into the sitting rooms and up to the room. Every detail has been attended to. They always had cold and hot drinks and delicious pastries near the bar area and the lounge seating was like being in someone’s luxurious home. Rooms were lovely with fabulous bedding and great lighting. The location can’t be beat -right on the canal but away from the throngs of tourists nearby. Staff gave great dining and cruise suggestions. Highly recommend!

The room was very spacious and everything was well-appointed. The location was very convenient, close to the shopping and the red light district. The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly the concierge who gave us dinner recommendations. Bar staff was great as well!

The staff was very nice. The room was fairly large, and the beds were comfortable enough. The location was fantastic, about a 10-minute walk from the central station, located in a fairly quiet neighborhood.

The room was spacious enough for my family. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean and we had treats in our room almost every day. They kept it pretty clean the entire time.
