Beautiful location in the woods. Wonderful patio with fountain. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Lovely trails around the property to walk to the Zon Heuvel estate house.

The view of the lake from the room was excellent! All the stuff was very helpful and fast in every demand. There was attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. The room was sparkling clean. I recommend it without hesitation.

Room was beautiful and large! Great view over the forrrest. Breakfast had a large variety of breakfast foods which we really enjoyed. Pool was stunning, but accustics made it loudy by kids sceaming in the pool.

The staff is amazing and helpful, the place is very calm and their food is amazing

Everything was perfect. Great room. Richelle and Meryl are charming hosts and very welcoming.

Great cheap place to stay for a night between destinations. Nice, helpful staff.

Location was great, we could walk to town on the unending sidewalks or grab a bus to the train station. Friendly staff, clean and had everything we needed.

Great staff, delicious breakfast

Facilities, cleanliness and service

Environmental friendly and excellent facilities.

Everything! We love this place, one of our favorite places we stayed during our 4 weeks of traveling this summer. The owner is lovely and has thought of everything. Wine, coffee, recommendations for the area. My husband had to work a few days while we were here and the internet was very good. We loved having coffee or a drink by the canal, slow mornings and relaxing evenings were great watching the boats and paddlers go by.

The staff at this location are wonderful, attentive, helpful, and caring. Breakfast in the castle was amazing. The fairytale setting inside and out. Staff went above and beyond for my husband and I.

breakfast and staff excellent. Room looked much better in picture i thought was an hotel decoration very basic.

Clean room, good room service, good food Free coffee and tea available in the room A bath and a shower in the bathroom !!! I enjoyed it ! Decent size room with a good and decent bed ! Very friendly and helpful staff

Great location for area of Utrecht where I was visiting family. Bus service right on the corner and nearly all buses go to/from central station. Dining very close by. Reasonable on site breakfast with variety.

Great location, friendly staff.

The hotel is really special! We felt really looked after. The location is really convenient for getting into the city, and the breakfast was great!

The exterior of the building doesn't look very interesting but in fact inside its quirky and really lovely and kind staff. Including the maintenance/cleaning staff you might meet in the elevator who were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was really good and well worth paying for. The room was expensive but the whole city was expensive so in keeping with everywhere else.

Perfect location. Quiet area but easy to access town centre in 5-10 mins. Very comfortable and lovely to watch the craft passing by on canal. Breakfasts were lovely as well.
