We had a great time here. We loved being so close to everything and being right under some great restaurants and the Dom tower was amazing. The owner is the most lovely man. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay.He comes and brings more coffee for your in room machine and brings you fresh towels every day. We were also early for our check in and had a late flight at check out and he allowed us to keep our bags at his souvenir shop right above where we were staying. Having a patio on the canal was unlike any other place we have stayed. Everything was very clean and modern and I would most definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Utrecht.

She was an exceptional host, full of stories about her exciting life and travels, and she thinks of everything as far as special touches and amenities. The breakfast is the best you can ask for! Johanna was very understanding of our delayed arrival time, be sure to communicate with her day before or day of to be helpful! She also helped us with easy parking, and made our visit to Utrecht during Koningsdag feel like we were experiencing it with a local!~

Zocher6's location is ideal for exploring and enjoying Utrecht! It is feet away from Janskerkhof, Saturday's flower market, a canal, cafes and restaurants. We stayed at the room on the back side of the house which made it super quiet, with a small garden patio to enjoy. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable (bigger than Queen size), the layout was creative and efficient. There are big windows for day light and thick window for privacy. Internet was reliable and fast. The host was very patient with our midnight arrival and was eager to make our stay great! Thank you, Henk!

It is very obvious that the owners take great care and attention to details, so that nothing is missing and the guest feel welcome and confortable. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the city center but in a less touristic spot. It is also very close to the campus. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. There are nice places to have breakfast or a meal. The rooftop is a very nice touch, one just have to get lucky with the weather. You can rent a bike, which comes cheaper than in a bike shop or bike sharing programs.

Great location close to central station. Very clean and modern rooms. The room was much larger than was expecting, which was great as didn't feel cramped with two people's luggage. Lots of mirrors. Instant coffee and tea available in rooms, with mini fridge and wine and drinking glasses also. Excellent breakfast. Rooms were quiet and didn't hear other guests or outside traffic.
