There is a bus a short walk away (or the tram) to get to the city centre and Scheveningen beach just andround the corner are cafes and restaurants for the evening. The room was a decent size, the bathroom quite big and there was free tea and coffee in the lounge area. We had a room towards the carpark and it was very quiet. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
