A big souq where you can get souvenirs from your visit. Always bargain to get good deals and don't believe the shopkeepers who claim that their goods are handmade. Otherwise, they are nice. You can go to the corniche for a nice walk and admire the fort as well as the Sultan's majestic yachts. Parking is a big hassle as the place is always crowded.

The staff were nice especially Mr. Saed at the reception counter who was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Love the coffee too. Restaurants, juice/coffee shops, grocery shops, laundry, mosque etc all are within the walking distance. You can walk to Oman Avenue Mall for about 15-20minutes but to go to Mutrah Souq, Corniche, Al-Alam Palace, and other touristic places a taxi ride is a must.
