From the moment of arrival the sense of welcome was palpable. Molina in reception was an outstanding host, gave me information I needed and he even showed me around. How fortunate is the hotel to have such an employee. My room was scrupulously clean, comfortable, with excellent lighting. tea and coffee, and an ideal bathroom. Pleasant mountain and local view. Outstanding breakfast with many choices, both Arabic and western. Swimming pool.

Amazing place to stay with your family. We enjoyed the mountain views and sunrise point next which is right behind the hotel.

Location of the hotel is amazing! Its the best hotel location in the city in my opinion. The staff were very professional, attentive, and friendly. I woke up one day with a bit of a sore throat and at breakfast one of the staff noticed and offered to bring me a hot drink of lemon, ginger and some other herbs for it. It was a very nice attentive gesture. I wish I remember his name to give a personal shoutout. Facilities at the hotel were nice too. The private beach is the best part of the facilities and the location as well. The two pools were great. Gym was fully equipped and had a nice vibe. Food was really good too. Wide variety at breakfast and we also tried Shiraz restaurant and also the Duke bar. The bartender at Duke was wonderful! Made us some really nice cocktails. They have free shuttles to some of the most important attractions and downtown areas of Muscat. We took the shuttle from the hotel to Muttrah Souq which is a 20 minutes drive away. It left on time and dropped us right in the center. They also have a shuttle on the way back to the hotel but we preferred to stay longer so we went back on our own. (Pro tip: download an application called OTAXI. It's basically Oman's Uber. You can order taxis wherever you are to any location you want in Muscat and it has the best prices and safest option to go around freely. It tells you the price before so you know exactly what to pay with no hassle) Our flight back home was at 6.30pm which meant we would leave to the airport at around 4pm. It was really hot during our stay so I tried my chances with asking for a late check out and the reception staff were very happy to help with that! They let me stay until 4pm free of charge. I really think the staff made all the difference in how we experienced the hotel and Muscat. They were always helpful from check in to check out. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I feel like I will definitely come back if I get the chance to visit Muscat again.
