Amazing hotel in the centre of Aguas calientes (Machu Picchu town). Very understanding, made us tea and completely run the extra mile. Rooms very clean and perfect for one or two nights here. We felt like having a small family around us during our stay. Thank you Juan!

Vicino alla fermata bus Easy in the morning...very gentle stuff...and also restaurant downstairs was very good...rooms are soo nice..and a table in the very end of the restaurant overlooking the river is amazing...tank you

The vibe was great, very artsy and relaxed. You can have breakfast very early (for 20 soles). The shower had warm water. Everything was great.

We had an amazing stay at the Sumaq Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was amazing, and the food was just delicious. Additionally, I want to give special thanks to Edison for making our stay unforgettable.

Miss Jenny was very helpful and kind, helping us with everything we needed . There was a restaurant she recommended a restaurant 10 meters away MESA 7 great food with good prices. Room ans toilet where clean and warm.

A simple stay, which I chose because it is dog-friendly and doesn’t require one to check out at 9 am. This way, we could visit the MP at 7 am and be back at noon to pick up my dog. The staff were incredibly accommodating and nice, they checked in on my dog and sent updates. I could not recommend them more in case you are travelling with your dog.

We loved the big open room and the terrace overlooking the neighbors. The square in front of the hotel is very nice and convenient location for everything

Really nice and polished hotel. Lovely breakfast overlooking the mountains and river. They arranged a brilliant private tour guide for Machu Picchu.

i like the service provided by hotel staff and amused by their helpful. They provided good restaurants recommendation and help carrying luggages from train station to hotel and vice versa. For example, when we asked help in luggage, Alcides, hotel manager, promptly provided support. He and his staff help to carry 5 bags to train station and reach the last meter that he can help. We really enjoyed the stay in hotel and services. Its a good pick given hotel cleanliness, hotel staff services and locations.

Breakfast was delicious. Cooked to order. Standards you would expect from any top hotel. Location is so cool. Staff lovely always smiling and happy to help. Can’t fault it.

The hostel is right in the city center. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff thought I had breakfast twice, but I had only taken one croissant in the morning because my blood sugar was low. When I returned early from Machu Picchu, it was still breakfast time, so I had breakfast again :) Anyway, they didn’t say anything about it

Fantastic included breakfast that starts at 5:00am for early-rising tourists and visitors to Machu Picchu! The front desk upgraded us to a room with better views from the window, all for free! What a treat, and thank you so much. Showers were very hot — something we were looking forward to, and Hotel Pucara delivered!

Location could hardly be beaten. Right on the river and close to restaurants and the bus queue to Machu Picchu. Great staff, clean rooms, great value for money.
