All the staff we came into contact with were very attentive, professional and friendly. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb with wide selection of foods and drinks.

Loved the place. Breakfast was superb and kept us going the whole day. Beds were comfy, showers were hot, and the heating at night was welcomed. The secure luggage storage was also really welcome. We had also accidentally left something in the room and the staff very kindly kept it for us when we came back to collect our luggage. Superb!

Perfect location, good bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Simple accommodation for 2 nights. I spent most of the time exploring the area so for just a night sleep it’s perfect. River just outside is noisy but with earplugs it was no issue at all.

I could not be more satisfied with having booked this hotel. Location: In a small village like this, location is not reletas everything is within minutes of walking, this hotel is just 2mins from the train station and I was collected straight from the train with a big sign holding my name and was offered help with bus tickets or anything I need. Rooms: typical for this area, perfect for a few nights, hot water at any time with great pressure, which is not common for many places. Breakfast: prepared with much care, a pleasure to be served on the beautiful rooftop. I could customise the meal as well to fit my preferences. Service: this is what makes this place so special, as the owner lady runs the place with so much hospitality so that every guest would feel welcomed and accommodated. So look no further and book this place!

The owner of the hotel was amazing. She is very kind and helped us with early breakfast package we also could store our bags while climbing Machu Picchu. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We loved the huge beds! Also a hot shower was great. Thank you!

The hotel service was excellent, the location was superb, and it was very safe.

The staff was very friendly and prepared to answer all our questions and to give touristic advise. The location is perfect for the ones going to Machu Picchu per bus. The rooms are new and very tidy. We didn't have the chance to try the normal breakfast, but they prepared a take away for us, since we were leaving very early. Highly recommended this simple and affordable hotel!

We had a beautiful view from our bed. Our host was very friendly, came and greeted us at the train station and helped us with luggage since you have around 100 stairs up from the main square. Good workout for us so we didn’t mind. It would have been more difficult with the luggage, but as I said we got help :)
