the room was nice, comfortable bed and great shower. staff are very nice and helpful, the the best was that they let us check in at 6am after our night bus because they’ve had the room ready. the breakfast was good and the location is exactly in the centre (but quite). will definitely recommend to stay here.

Windows closed fine and provided good isolation from low temperaturesboutside of 2-3 degrees. There was also a heater in the room which made the room pleasantly warm. Breakfast was good and started at 6 a.m. which allowed us to eat before going with morning tour. Lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Urus Beloxia – A Fantastic Stay! We absolutely loved our stay at Urus Beloxia! The hotel itself is beautiful, with an eclectic and modern vibe that creates such a special atmosphere. The ambience is warm and inviting, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. Luis was an excellent host—so welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The views of the lake are simply breathtaking. We loved sitting and watching the birds, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. One of the highlights of our trip was kayaking on the lake—it was such a fun and unique way to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend Urus Beloxia to anyone looking for a memorable and beautiful escape!

Food was so lovely and Judy was a real star... such a lovely host along with her partner. I would recommend this as a stay, it is very unique and I have not found anywhere like it in the world. The only downside was that it was quite cold at night, but even then they brought us a hot water bottle without us asking! I guess that is to be expected in this high altitude and on a floating island. Thank you Judy... will never forget the Uros people!
