I absolutely loved it. Haffner Hotel in Sopot exceeded my expectations — the service was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing, and the location perfect. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Poland. I’d definitely go back.

Everything was great! The staff speaks English and everyone was very attentive. Room service is excellent as well! There's a kettle in the room, tea and coffee. Very nice spa area!

The hotel is very well located with a few minute walk to the beach. It is new so all the facilites and the rooms have the feeling of freshness. I got a superior room with a terrace and it is really spacious with a very wide bed. The bathroom has a full sized bathtub - sadly with no curtain so when you shower you have water all over.
The spa and the swimming pool are also great and definitely worth a visit- even though you are only allowed 1 hour as a hotel guest which is annoying.

This aquapark needs renovation so badly. To start with, half of the lockers was not working. Inside the park everything is very old and used.
Sunbeds to lie down in the park, are used very badly, part of them are diferent colours and types, few broken. And there are not enouth of them.
Tyles in most of pools are a bit broken.
One of three jacuzzi's in the pool area is not working properly, not doing ant bubbles. In fact, all 3 jacuzzis are too cold to soke in for longer time.
Staff in the reception did not seem very happy with her work :)
All in all it was a waste of money and time. For family of 3 in the pool zone we paid over 100€. We did not even took the whole 3 hours time, because it was the worst experience in the water park we ever had.
