Breakfast was open buffet and really nice. Rooms were really comfortable . In the room we had, there was a huge TV with Netflix and cable TV. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

I really loved spinach tart :) Only dealt with 3 receptionists and 1 breakfast room waitress (I stayed 1 night only). All of them were very professional, friendly and made guests feel comfortable right away. I had a very nice promotion with breakfast included. 🤗🤗🤗

The reception staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated after a long flight. The price was very reasonable, too. My room was spotless—the bed, sheets, carpet, toilet, and bathroom were all impeccably clean. It was quiet, and the air conditioner worked perfectly without making any noise. The lobby next to reception was lovely, with plenty of seating and a nice ambiance. I believe there’s also a restaurant in that area, which is a great bonus. The location was convenient, with a McDonald’s and KFC nearby for quick meals. It’s also close to a beautiful park with lakes and a shopping mall with stores like Decathlon, H&M, and Dealz, just across the highway. They also offer a wake-up service, which I used for a 6 a.m. wake-up call. Big thanks to them for that! As someone who has stayed in many five-star hotels worldwide, I found this three-star hotel exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Katowice. Considering the price and overall experience, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended! 😊

Breakfast was good, the room was clean, staff - friendly. The bathroom was a bit old.

Very comfortable hotel at suitable location - we stayed in Katowice in the middle of our route and the hotel was just the place for B&B, but it exceeded our expectations. We arrived at night and the receptionist kindly helped us to accomodate. There's private parking with barrier for free, it was important for us. The room was exceptionally clean and silent. Breakfast was gorgeous - very tasty.

Easy check in using kiosk. Location next to ice rink. Breakfast was perfect for us. Very clean!
