Very nice staff, accessible location and great facility .

We were early for check-in, so they suggested their restaurant where we had a marvelous lunch. As we were finishing, they came to show us to our room which had been upgraded to a larger riverview. Along the way thay gave us a tour of the facilities which included a fantastic spa which we used while it was pouring rain that afternoon. Great staff & beautiful Hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel with irreproachable service. Even though it is located at a distance from major tourist attractions, we found it very convenient to discover Lisbon from there mainly using a tram connection while our car was conveniently parked at the hotel’s vast parking. The interiors of the hotel are impressive and make you feel in a “belle epoque”. The room was comfortable and clean. We would also mark out the friendliness of staff who where there to support us whenever needed.

The Hotel is amazing! The best hotel in Lisbon, I was there. The staff is very friendly and very polite. Top-level service. We were a big company and took 6 rooms of different categories, all of which were big, light, and very clean. There is a big choice of meat for breakfast, you can ask the cook for eggs and porridge with any milk. We had a nice and exquisite dinner, it was very delicious. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

An excellent, luxurious 5-star hotel that truly meets all expectations. The rooms were spacious and spotless, cleaned at least twice a day. The large outdoor pool (1.4 meters deep) was a highlight, with very comfortable loungers and a well-equipped pool bar. Breakfast was generous, partly buffet and partly à la carte. The spa area had everything: sauna, steam room, various showers, a large indoor pool, several relaxing rooms, and even an ice shower. The hotel also features a stylish and spacious lobby, and the service was excellent – attentive and ready to fulfill any request.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lisbon! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff gave us so many great recommendations on what to visit, where to eat, and what to do in the city, which made our trip even more special. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a huge variety of delicious food. Every morning, the staff was friendly and made sure everything was perfect. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely come back if we visit Lisbon again. The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by plenty of shopping options and supermarkets, making it very convenient. It was also easy to find. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and having our room ready upon arrival made our stay so much smoother, especially since we were travelling with a baby. Overall, a great experience—I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Really close to rato station ( yellow line of subway) . Tidy and very friendly staff.. Breakfast was served at nice entertainment and was variable to choose from. Will definitely recommend this! We just loved the place. Don't miss the tuk tuk ride

Loved my stay at Jardim. Firstly, the staff were soo beautiful. They are extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast is delicious and the pool and grassed area is so lovely to relax around. Like being at a European chalet. The area is great as it’s halfway between the city and Belém. The rooms are lovely and clean and boutique like.

Brand new boutique hotel with very helpful team on-site, great facilities and design of the rooms. The location was very good a bit outside of the buzz of the touristic center with great brunch places around.

2nd time when I come back. I received a totally brand new apartment at the ground floor. The staff was very helpful. The pool area is TOP.
