Hotel is located just next to the avenue, 3 minutes walk to metro station (blue line) and 10-15 minutes walk to Rossio. Very friendly and professional staff at the counter made check-in very smooth. We booked Burlesque room, it is very spacious and bright since it has 3 big windows looking at the park across the street. Bed was very comfortable and we had really good sleep on it. Bathroom is connected to the room and it has everything. Hairdryer is really strong. Nice touch is bluetooth speaker in the room to which you can connect and listen to music or radio. Breakfast is standard buffet, there are a lot of different options to choose.

Convenient and excellent location. Easy access to Metro and shopping.

The room was super spacious. The location could not have been better. Rooftop has a fabulous view and the pool is a nice way to cool down after a hot day in the city.

Very helpful staff, friendly and polite. We were upgraded, to a lovely room. Clean and comfy bed. Small walk to the town area. Garage for parking was available too

Its a beautiful hotel, although the part that made our stay amazing were the people working here. Such a kind, hospitable, warm group of people. We really enjoyed the breakfast, but more so because of them - thank you for the lovely exchange and to the owner - keep these people, they are a gem!

Perfect place for visiting Lisbon. Excelent position, fancy hotel, very clean and modern.

The location was very walkable to everything we wanted to see on our overnight in Lisbon. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a buffet breakfast but definitely had something for everyone and if they were out you just had to ask.

Breakfast was excellent, and excellent menu to cover all tastes. The room was perfect, spacious enough and housekeeping staff maintained a high standard. I loved the powerful shower with plenty of hot water

Good location, walking distance to downtown. Breakfast starts early enough to be in time for the tours starting at 8 am in front of Hard Rock Cafe. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Victor who anticipated guests needs and provided excellent service.

The hotel is very comfortable and in an excellent location and offers everything you need, the breakfast is also excellent, the staff is very very friendly, they are always there when you need them with a smile on their face, I will definitely come back here

Is very central and close to a lot of attractions but never feeling like you are in the middle of the city. Has a nice terrace where you can sunbathe, relax, or other. Nice breakfast - lot of different options. Has the standard bread, eggs, yogurt, fruits etc.

Location, very comfortable bedrooms with super soft beds. Polite and effective staff. The nearby pool with pool bar is a big plus.

It was an exceptionally refined and wonderful hotel. Breakfast in the courtyard transformed each morning into a truly special start to the day in Lisbon. The staff were kind and offered warm, thoughtful hospitality that felt effortless and genuine. On the final day, they kindly stored my Rimowa package, which was an immense help.
