Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The shower is amazing and always had hot water. The staff is multilingual and responded right away to a minor issue with the heat.

I like literally everything- location, staff, cleanliness. This hotel is worth its money for sure. 3 min to Parque station (blue line), 7 min to San Sebastiáo (red line)

Huge room with a great bathroom. Our room faced a quiet side street. Helpful staff too. THE BEST BUFFETT we had in our 2 week trip.

The hotel was in an central area and it was easy to get around from there . Metro was outside our door also. Our room was on the corner and had lots of natural light. Not particularly noisy either. Having a self serve breakfast with lots of buffet options was great especially on our early morning starts.

The location is great and safe, plenty of the best restaurants in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This time I even got an upgrade, .... and in winter the prices are just great for this hotel standard. I go there weekly

Everything was clean, comfortable and great! Located in very cozy and calm neighborhood It was easy to access the property, and we had everything we needed inside! I would recommend the stay here

The breakfast was fantastic. It was the standard on which all my other hotel stays were made when it came to breakfast. The location was good it was not in the high tourist areas with all the restaurants by the port, but it was not far by train and there were plenty of places to eat by the hotel and not far at all.

Super extra king size bed. Very good location. Good Breakfast.
