The cleanliness and the location.

AC was working well. No iron table and iron in the room however can get a hand held steamer and use it on a bed surface.

Mostly everything, the comfort of the bed, cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff. Special thanks to Marius and Denny who always assist and serve with a smile in the breakfast area

The best 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is new. There’s a bathrobe and slippers in the room, and even a toothbrush. The room is spacious and modern. Great breakfast with delicious croissants. Convenient location.Attentive and friendly staff

Very nice hotel, location is good. Walking distance is around 30 minutes from old town. Rooms are clean, breakfast is very good, variety of meals.

The balcony is lovely, the bedrooms are nice, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable with fresh, clean sheets. The living room is large, there’s private parking for cars. it’s the perfect place to stay in Bucharest.

The double deluxe room was perfect. With a private terrace that had an amazing view. Quiet , clean and very comfortable

If you're just looking for a place to spend the night, for the price you pay, it's very decent. Just don't expect anything fancy.

It was in walking distance of the main road with all the stores.

This hotel is great if you need a place near Autogara Militari bus station which is a common arrival point in Bucharest. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Then going into the centre is easy with Pacii metro within minutes walk. The breakfast was also very good with lots of options. Air conditioning worked well, nice hot water in the shower too.

Easy to book, easy to arrive. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, good coffee.

Extremely polite and friendly staff. Everything was of excellent quality and beautifully designed, with great attention to every detail (even the towels and bed linen had the hotel’s logo on them). Spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful. Worth the money spent 😀

The manager was really awesome and let us check in a bit early, we had flown for over 15 hours and were so exhausted but he really made sure we were taken care of. The decoration used in the overall hotel and room was really great. They had great accommodations downstairs including a bar (we didn't attend but observed it). The beds were really comfortable and the curtains made the room really nice and dark, which we appreciated as light sleepers. The overall neighborhood is nice and quiet and there is this cute black neighborhood cat that came and greeted us. Oh: there is a very small grocery store not too far away around the corner in case you need water/snacks.
