The staffs were professional and welcoming. The location is a big wow because the whole Raffle city mall is just next door. The view - can't stop talking about it! The shampoos etc provided were great and not the cheap ones that most hotels would provide. They had all a few additional items like high chair, steriliser for our kids' stuff. Amazing!

Absolute luxury! We stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. Simply stunning! We were also given a small cake to celebrate. The infinity pool on the top is absolutely divine! We loved every minute of our stay.
