Lovely older hotel, amazing staff, really comfortable.

Room, views, decor are all amazing. Location is amazing far away from Patong’s busy streets but so close in terms of walkability to all places in Patong. The pools were wonderful and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The atmosphere is unmatched. Veeeery reasonable price which was a steal. Professional staff and extremely friendly.

Very close to Kata beach (2-3 min). The beach is nice so you dont need to discover other beaches on the island. Perfect for surfing mainly, not swimming. The rooms are spacious and the location is good. There are several restaurants and cafes at a walking distance.

Me and my partner got a One Bedroom Villa with Jacuzzi. Villa is very spacious you can do anything. Has own kitchen too. At the moment no breakfast, I cooked my own. I loved the place. ❤️ much specially the kitchen because I cooked a lot during my stay. Near to grocery stores like Makro, Super Cheap and wet market. I loved the pool too. The place has their own motorbike rental in a reasonable price. Rented for 8days as exchange you need to leave your passport. Gas station near by. Easy access to Kata and Karon beach. You can walk or have a run during sunset. To avoid checkpoints, don’t go to Patong Bangla road. If you get caught, fine is on it. Recommended places to have a ride, Old Phuket town, Chalong and Rawai. Less checkpoints. I drove a lot during my stay! Drive Safely. And the place offers laundry services too. 60 baht per kilo. You will get it next day. Staffs are very friendly and kind. They dont speak english much. So be gentle to speak to them slowly for they will understand. All in all I enjoyed my stay.
