Hotel staffs were nice and professional to resolve the issue asap. They arranged a special birthday cake to celebrate the moment. We could see the firework on the river coincidentally (around 9 pm when coming back to the hotel) which we did not expect but was nice to enjoy the stay. Breakfast buffet had fresh fruit, salad, cheese and other dishes as well. There was a free hotel boat that you could take around 10 mins to go to the other side which was an interesting experience to try a different transportation. Icon Siam was with walking distance (less than 5 mins) to enjoy the shopping. The gym facilities were various and clean.

Lovely stay at Riva Surya! It’s the perfect location to explore the city by river ferry, and very walkable. Pool was great, staff was amazing, I highly recommend.

I stayed in room 705 which was quiet and of good size. The building is fairly new and in a great riverside location tucked down a Soi within easy walking distance of Iconsiam and Thornburi BTS station. Superb housekeeping and friendly folks on reception.
