Room, views, decor are all amazing. Location is amazing far away from Patong’s busy streets but so close in terms of walkability to all places in Patong. The pools were wonderful and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The atmosphere is unmatched. Veeeery reasonable price which was a steal. Professional staff and extremely friendly.

Fantastic staff! So friendly and welcoming, felt like we were staying with friends! Within the first 5 mins they were sharing their lunch with us, having us taste things we didn’t know. Reminded me of Thailand from 25 years ago. Rooms are big, perfectly clean, comfortable, with a nice terrace and pretty views. Quiet at night, no loud music or clubs. Would stay again and again.

Wowww guys!!! What a place! Omg!!! Absolutely beautiful villa, the view was incredible just like the staff. Super easy communication via Whatsapp the whole time. We originally booked for 3 nights but we had to extend our stay because we couldn’t get enough of the place. Everything was AMAZING!

I had a wonderful stay at Grand View Premium. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Luca, the owner, is an incredibly kind and helpful person, always making sure guests feel comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, cozy, and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Initially, I wasn’t sure about the hotel, so I only booked for a few days. However, once I realized how much I liked it, I wanted to extend my stay—but unfortunately, there were no more available rooms. Next time I visit, I will book this hotel without any hesitation for my entire stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
