Fabulous, very attentive staff, especially Bonne at the reception. She gave us a lot of useful recommendations, which helped us very much. Location is good, but need a tuktuk or a taxi to visit the main attractions. Small, but sufficient pool and bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

River Home Bangkok is a lovely and clean hotel with a cozy vibe. A nice bonus is the shared kitchen area in the lobby, where guests can cook. The room was spotless and well-equipped. Great location—only about 10 minutes’ walk to ICONSIAM and close to the BTS station for easy travel around Bangkok. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back! #VannaPham #RiverHomeBangkok #BangkokStay #BangkokTravel #ICONSIAM #ThailandTrip

Wat Pho

Home to the famous giant reclining Buddha, Wat Pho is one of the largest and most beautiful temples in Bangkok. You can spend a relaxing few hours wandering the grounds, sitting in the shade and snapping photographs. It’s also highly recommended to enjoy a medical massage at the school – it might hurt a bit, but afterwards you’ll be walking on air.

Wat Pho captivates with its distinctive Buddha idol, a striking departure from the typical figures found in most Buddhist temples. While the entry fee leans slightly towards the higher end, it remains reasonable and well worth the experience. The temple and its surroundings exude a quaint, tranquil charm, offering a serene and impeccably maintained retreat. Its prime location further enhances its appeal, with a host of nearby attractions just waiting to be explored.

Get there early - depending where you are staying - catch river boat from central pier to wat Po. Visit the massage school and have an oil massage - great experience and I’ve had limited pain with an old injury since - well worth the visit.

Awe inspiring. If you only visit one temple in Bangkok, make it this one. The boat doesn't seem to stop there at the moment, so you need to go by road. Try visiting later in the day - the light is beautiful then.

The hotel was located next to the grand palace, Wat Arun and Wat Pho. It had a nice rooftop pool with day beds and on the rooftop you had a nice view of Bangkok. The staff were nice and the welcome drink was a delicious tea with a cold towel.

A new apartel located in a historic part of Bangkok. The room is roomy and tidy. There’s a cafe on the ground floor, plus plenty of great restaurants and vendors in the vicinity. It’s just a short walk to Wat Bowon Niwet, one of the most stunning temples in Bangkok. The apartel is also conveniently close to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, the National Museum, and other attractions. The staff here is super friendly and helpful.

The location is good if you want to go to: China Town, RECLINING BUDDHA (WAT PHO), Great Palace and it is not to far from the Asiatique (where the night cruise departs). It is close to a train station. It is not close to the main party areas or the roof tops (traffic in Bangkok is brutal)

location is good, a few mins away from MRT station! i didn't get to eat the the resto downstairs but we saw the prices and they're quite good. We also like that it's near 7-eleven and all points of interests (wat pho, museum of siam, flower market, and a station away from good eats near mrt sam yot). The house itself is clean and comfortable. We love that is has a balcony where you can see the quiet charm of the area outside. Will definitely go back here when we visit bangkok again!

The service provided by the staff exceeds the expectations The attention to detail in the decoration of the place is superb.
