Everything about the hotel was great, from staff helpfulness and empathy to the location, breakfast, cleanliness and the view. I'd like to thank Omar at the reception one last time for the amazing service that he delivered, helped us on everything we needed and made sure our stay would go as smooth as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation start! Will surely stay again next time I'm in Kusadasi. :)

This is a place where you are immediately made to feel that you're visiting old friends. The quality and finishes throughout the property are of impeccable taste and quality. The breakfast is excellent. We greatly enjoyed the conversations we had in passing with the owners and manager. They suggested things to see and do in the region that we would have otherwise missed.

My stay at "In Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery" was a delightful experience. The host of the B&B was extremely friendly and hardworking, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel is very convenient and central, right next to the castle and mosque. It was easy to explore the historical sites of Ephesus and other attractions in the area. The proximity to these landmarks added a unique charm to my stay, as I could enjoy the beautiful views and immerse myself in the local culture. The hotel itself was charming and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance. The art gallery within the hotel when finished will add an artistic touch, showcasing local talent and adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing home-made breakfast. The variety of freshly prepared dishes using local ingredients was a treat for the taste buds. The attention to detail in the presentation and flavors made each breakfast a memorable experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The amazing shower water pressure was worth mentioning, as it added to the overall comfort of my stay. "In Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery" is a charming B&B with a very friendly and hardworking host, a convenient location, delicious home-made breakfast, and comfortable rooms. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ephesus and looking for a memorable stay and warm hospitality.

A beautifully maintained, homey hotel with a lovely courtyard and rooms. The owner, staff and the owner’s family are the true gems of this place. They reopened the entire hotel for us when our original plans got mixed up. The breakfast was the best we had during our time in Turkey. The effort and care they put into their guests is unmatched. We will be back.

Erdem is truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in all our travels. He is incredibly warm, genuine, and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and at home. From the moment we arrived, he took the time to patiently explain the nearby sights and gave us excellent recommendations for getting the most out of our stay. The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated, and in an unbeatable location. It’s just a short walk to the Basilica of St. John and the castle, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Parking was easy and convenient. Excellent value for money! And the Turkish breakfast, oh absolutely unforgettable! We are talking about FULL TURKISH BREAKFAST! Generous spread featuring a variety of local cheeses, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh bread, homemade jams, eggs, and more. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It felt like starting the day with a feast. Thank you, Erdem and the team for making our stay so special!

    Use a guide here. They drop you at the one point and pick you up at another point. Would have been very far to walk back. The information a guide provides is very insightful. Don't attend any carpet making stops combined with a tour of Efeses.

    I’ve visited some ruins in other countries.

    I’ve visited some ruins in other countries. Ephesus holds more historical significance than any other place I’ve ever been. Absolutely incredible job has been done restoring and representing history here. DONT MISS IT!

    this was my goal for touring turkey and it did not disappoint!!the gates open at 8.00am,get there early as once the cruise ship and day trip from the beach (tourists not travellers )arrive the site gets more than crowded

    This is a must-see. Try to go in the evening, say 5.00pm. It's geting cooler by then, and gradually there are fewer people around. Best to go in at the North gate, as then you will be walking down hill all the way :)

    Very hot and very steep.

    Very hot and very steep. I asked for travelling tips here and no-one had anything useful to say, so I'll give two tips! Arrive by the South entrance, walk downhill and get a taxi back to the top! Also make sure you visit the toilets (free at the north, paid at the south) as there are none inside.

    Interior design is impeccable and the layout makes for a relaxing and safe space. We were traveling with young children and felt very well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. The owner is fluent in English and he gave us a tour of the Ephesus ruins and answered our various questions. He took our family to a great nearby place to eat ice cream.

    The staff were very friendly- they offered us homemade wine and fruit in the evening. Location was really good, walkable to downtown Selcuk and Temple of Artemis ruins.
