First of all, the general vibe of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with the general organization of the hotel being perfect for a relaxing stay, where you don't think about anything except the relaxation. The amenities - especially chany (traditional regional hot tubs) and banya (stream-side spa with steam you can adjust yourself) - were amazing, just as the massage. The additional cost for them was 100% worth the price. Moreover, the hotel's restaurant is great and is open pretty much continuous. Amazing tasty local food, great selection of wines and drinks, and a good choice of dishes for vegetarians. The hotel's location is a perfect spot for several days worth of hikes in the neighbouring mountains.

The location is great and right next to the mountain. The nature is beautiful. We were in the Room 11 in Building 2 and had a nice balcony with an amazing view on the mountains. The whole building was in surrounded with a little forest and it gave a very nice vibe. The administrator lady was nice and understanding when we were not happy with the room and was ready to cancel it without any fees. Some food was really delicious like banosh, potato and mushrooms pan and blueberry crepes. In general I think the place has so much potential, but needs a lot of improvement in terms facilities, level of service and hospitality.
