Great location and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel, lovely finishes and attention to all details

The hotel was really nice, the decor and furnishings very well chosen and the property as a whole was exceptionally well maintained. It was pure delight to stay there and the breakfast buffet which was included in the price was delicious.

We got there early and were able to check in before we went to The Biltmore. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and updated. The beds were really comfortable. It was a girl trip and we had a wonderful visit.

We loved everything about the lodge...the look of the lodge, the staff, the food, the rooms. We would definitely go back.

Great location! Easily walkable to restaurants and breweries. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got plenty of great restaurant and bar recommendations.

The staff was super friendly and attentive

Everyone was very nice and polite

It was very nice the staff was super nice

Had a great stay so booked it again for another night

Love this hotel. Favorite part is breakfast and the large rooms

Very clean but I didn't like how they took my payment and 50 dollar deposit before I even got there I like to pay at front desk and if there is a silly deposit I will go somewhere else but this place say you can pay when you get there but as soon as you book it on line your money is gone and deposit locked in So beware other than that very nice stay.

Staff very accommodating made us feel like home

Comfy bed, excellent staff, good location

The hotel is neat and clean, and looks nice too. Complimentary breakfast was great, the staff is helpful and welcoming. All in all we are very happy with our stay at Glo hotel.

The property is very clean, comfortable and has a homey feel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful, modern, so comfortable and very clean. The staff was great. Location good supermarket just next door. There's a kitchen space in all the rooms where you can cook breakfast. Would recommend.

Breakfast area was spacious which made it easy to move around other guests. The dinning room was roomy with the option to dine outside

I’m probably spelling her name wrong but Shenon at the front desk was amazing. I love it when they make the place feel like a home away from home environment. Very friendly I appreciate her welcome.

Such a lovely stay for one night in Asheville. The bed was very comfortable and the house felt very private despite us not being the only guests there. The fireplace in the lobby made our stay extra cozy, so much so that we wished we had planned for an extra night during our travels! The staff were also wonderful and made us feel truly welcomed. If we ever come back to Asheville we would certainly book this again.
