Amazing hotel, amazing staff, quickest checkin ever

Beautiful view of Coit Tower, amazing staff and excellent gym. The Concierge Mr William is a legend! He was invaluable during the trip as he was when I stayed there two years ago with my family.

Wonderful experience in a top-notch hotel. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and well-appointed, the view was extraordinary. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a great experience in San Francisco.

Location tops in SF on Nob Hill. View was great of Nob Hill, Cathedral, Park, PUC, pre war apartments. Room was fresh and modern as was the bathroom. The closet had a nice chest of drawers on one side, robes and slippers. Nice wooden hangers. Iron, ironing board. The TV was easy to use as was the phone. Though not as quietly elegant as the old Huntington, the hotel still retains the aura of a private club or fully attended apartment house. The fitness center is large, windowed with views, well equipped for cardio and strength but could use a good table for stretching and prone exercises. A clock would be nice. There is an elegant separate spa with a pool which I didn't use. FOOD/Drink, in the Big Four restaurant, was excellent. Coffee excellent but see below. I had dinner, breakfast, and a late snack. I very smart bar and cafe is to open at the opposite end of the lobby from the famous Big Four restaurant.

The hotel was as described in the booking . The breakfast was amazing. The staff were wonderful and always there to help

The location was great, close to the train and bus stations. The area was good; you didn't feel unsafe. The bedroom has everything for a comfortable stay, everything was clean. The breakfast was good enough to start the day. I recommend this place!. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location is absolutely wonderful. Kind stuff and clean room.

Excellent location Beautifully designed rooms Wonderful staff

This hotel was so close to the nightlife in SF, it was cozy and clean, the rooms were quiet as quiet as a hotel goes, was comfy, for getting a good nights sleep I enjoyed it much. The staff was nice.

Awesome location near everything

Clean, peaceful and great location.

I really LOVEDDDD this hotel! it’s right next to convenience stores, my sister and I enjoyed being able to walk across the street for late night snacks and food. Literally next to chinatown and so much to do! although it is next to everything, we stayed on the 3rd floor so it was not too loud from outside. Shower was hitting!! i loved it. Check in was easy!

The property is clean, well located and a 24h front desk.

The location, cleanliness, ease of access (once codes are provided), are just some examples.

We liked the art work and location.

Very comfortable bed, very quiet.

Theme, location, cleanliness, attention from staff

Beautiful large room, sumptuous elegant lounge dining areas. Centrally located to SF. Classic old elevator. Tea & coffee & snacks included. The men in reception were very helpful with car parking & luggage. Would recommend.

It’s one of the pleasures to stay here while being in San Francisco and an attraction by itself to stay in a boutique hotel with British old fashioned flourish interiors with a vibe of old San Francisco and a touch from the world of fashion and music from 1960-70-s. I like an authentic old elevator though it takes additional minutes to open or close it properly. Its a pleasure to sit near the gas-fireplace as the evenings in San Francisco are rather cold. An oatmeal+nuts and cranberries and a good tea is all I need for breakfast so the small choice but of proper quality products suit me. The luxerous Verbena bath products are one more welcoming touch.

Beautiful interior, I loved sitting by the many fireplaces they have. I also loved having access to their sister hotel two doors down for breakfast.

Great location, friendly staff

The Shampoo and conditioner set amazing !! Location is great, good pillows!
