There was a issue. But it was managed very well. Cleanliness Employees kindness

The stuff was amazingly kind and helpful. I specially want to thank the young girl at the reception, Afia?. She helped me a lot.

It was a safe place where you could relax and be at peace.

Great location & lovely staff & rooms

Great Rittenhouse location walking distance to Kimmel and great restaurants

Loved the room, the amenities, the staff were very helpful. The construction was a bit of an eyesore but it's understandable.

Great location, loved the wine hour and restaurant, clean, great staff attitudes.

Free coffee machine, sparkling and still water in the Lobby Purified water machine on each floor Standard queen room had plenty of open space Great view (from 12th floor)

Within walking distance (15-20 min) of train station, museums and market(, yet not super busy street). The best part was that there were several groups of young energetic people staying there, yet we were placed in a quiet part of the hotel so our sleep wasn't disturbed. Way to go!! We would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel is close to the center and very close to transportation. The location is very conveniently close to many attractions. The room was clean and nice put. We got the view of the street. ncie
