This is a special place. The owners, Haley and Nate, took very good care of us. And Sara was the icing on the cake. The breakfasts are delectable as well as the afternoon cookies. Happy hour is a nice time to share with other guests. Our room was extremely comfortable as was the bed, and the place is spotless. I would not hesitate to return if we are in the area again.

Everything! Loved this hotel!! The location is excellent, right in the center of town (but quiet). The hotel is beautiful and super comfortable (the rooms, the library, even the business/conference room), and the staff is super attentive to every detail. We stayed for five nights and were so pleased with everything. We used the hot tub on the roof (at sunset with light snowflakes drifting down and beautiful views of the mountains). Wonderful daily touches like beautiful packages of chocolates every evening, a welcome half bottle of wine and handwritten note upon arrival, coffee station every morning (in addition to good nespresso machine in room) which becomes a tea station every afternoon and evening complete with home baked treats daily, and a hot chocolate bar set out as well! Honestly, a lovely small hotel with impeccable service. They offer a shuttle to the ski slopes too, which we didn’t use this trip.

First and foremost the front desk supervisor Sam Layendecker went out of his way to make sure that we have a memorable time. We wanted to thank him dearly. The location is great, the hotel facilities are perfect. We had a beautiful fireplace in our room! How cool is that! Loved everything about this hotel.

    Did not eat at the hotel. The location is excellent - near many coffee shops and restaurants and close to shops and galleries. It is also just a short drive to Grand Teton National Park, Snake River Overlook (Ansel Adams photo) and National Museum of Wildlife Art. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

    The location is IDEAL!! Super close to Jackson and Grand Teton National Park, and the gateway to Yellowstone National Park as well. The staff was helpful and friendly. The coffee/tea at the convenience store and the snacks started our day off well! The room was a bit tight in space, but clean and comfortable. The views from the hotel are expansive.

    What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here while exploring the Grand Teton National Park, which is gorgeous! The rooms/beds were comfortable. The pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tubs were fun! - and the temperature was just fine in June. Good selection for breakfast. A free cookie offered at 5pm and drinks (water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) available all day. The location was very convenient - we walked into downtown in the evenings, but did drive to certain restaurants.

    Everything was above our expectations! The cabin was perfect and so cute. Very convenient location, Great pool and hot tub. Breakfast had the best options of any of the hotels we stayed at on the vacation. Great coffee, hot chocolate options. Bakery items like long johns, banana bread, really yummy. We would love to come to stay here again if we get back to Jackson. Great location to see Grand Teton National Park.
