Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, I would love to stay there again.

Comfortable room and bed! The view from the corner suite was amazing and the bathtub was Devine ! Access to the club floor was great for breakfast and snacks during the day and into the evening! Great staff, friendly and helpful!

The staff were incredible, the onsite restaurant and bar were fun and the rooms were very well appointed and cool!

The size of the room was perfect for just our one night and so clean. I loved that we were so close to everything and walked to our event. The staff were very attentive and nice.

The room was very good. The bed was comfortable. There was a desk and office chair and a chair for watching tv. The shower was very nice. The breakfast had many options.

comfortable accommodations and great location!

Everyone was so nice except one girl at the front desk. She was rude as rude can get and had no customer service capabilities. Other than that the place was great and the people staying there were very friendly. Would stay again as long as the rude front desk agent no longer worked there.

Breakfast was very good Staff were very friendly It was very pleasant !

The outside isn't so nice but the inside was great! Clean and had everything I needed including a sink, fridge, microwave and TV! Heater was good too! And AC

Just wife and I love this historic hotel. Hopefully they can get the pool and that area up and running soon, but we always love the place.

Location to all that is Phoenix!

I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.

The young lady who checked us in was so friendly and warm welcoming. The location was perfect since we were visiting St. Joseph’s Hospital the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable we really didn’t even mind paying the $10 for 24-hour parking since it was so nice.

Everything. The staff were extremely friendly and very well trained

Fantastic vibe, unique, great food, great beds and terrific location. Best place to stay!

Rooms were very large! Perfect for our group of 5!

The location of the hotel is in the center of Phoenix and lots of restaurants are nearby. The room was clean and spacious. In addition, the complimentary self parking was very nice.

The most property was new and clean! Its was perfect for our one night stay. The breakfast area was open, spacious, and breakfast was yummy.
