Well firstly thank you for the hospitality and cleanliness of your staff and hotel, by far the best place and price we have encountered in San Francisco, from the check in at the beginning to the check out was seamlessly perfect and we were accommodated nearly instantly from the hotel for our requests. The first being can we pay in cash and also is cash available to be paid for the incidental charges both yes. We paid $53.09 tax included for 1 night stay with a $100 dollar incidental deposit which we collected upon checking out they didn't stall or find reason to not give us our Deposit and just handed it over and the relief that they only charge what is on Bookings website was a relief. Upon checking in the room was beautiful and clean very clean the refrigerator and microwave spotless as we're the walls and floors and everything else as well. The atmosphere is just that as well was perfect no loud noise or homeless people all around the property and management was nothing but professional and more than that they made us feel welcome, I have yet to find such perfect service especially for that price we were accommodated like we were at a Hilton or Marriott yet we weren't. We will go back to this hotel for sure we love this place one last thing we loved that to get to our room you need a key as our room wasn't inside a building however to get to it you had to go thru a locked entrance up stairs into the rooms another since of safety and professionalism thank you San Francisco inn

The parking was behind a garage door, we were buzzed into the building, and everything was clean!

STAFF 10/10: I am forever grateful to frontdesk Ms Virgie, Ms Criselda and Sir Lito for their hospitality, excellence, warmth, kindness, generosity, being friendly and super helpful to me with my 6-day stay, they ensured my room is all good and that I will have the best time in SF, they’re always fun to talk to, very informative and efficient with the heart to make the guests’ stay a great experience. Truly they are some of the best reception staffs I have ever met in more than 50 countries l've been to. Thank you so much. I am definitely booking their hotel again when I'm back and I will keep on recommending to all my friends. LOCATION 10/10: Best Location, at the center of the city, just across Target, shopping malls, pharmacy and restaurants are all just few steps away. Accessible to everything and lots of tourist sites in downtown are just walking distance and the rest are easily accessible with subways, bus and cable cars which are all just few steps away like 1 min walk from the hotel. COMFORT 10/10: Complete with everything, a quiet room with big comfortable bed that made me sound asleep for all my nights there with everything I would need in a hotel. The Pilipino Reception Staff assigned me at the corner room which is very quiet. Thank you. CLEANLINESS 10/10: Everything is super clean with daily room cleaning that is also optional for the guests. VALUE FOR MONEY 10/10: super worth it with its great location, great staff and nice room. WIFI 10/10: strong & stable

Amazing property felt like home ….Breakfast was good , everyday it’s different with certain food type …. Room was spacious and staffs were simple wow .. Big shout out to their staff Vaigesh who just made our stay wow from the time we enter the hotel his customer service and conversation to us and interacting to our kid … He took time to explain us the do n donts and places to visit … Trust me the staffs are wonderful never tired of helping us or answering to ur queries

We had a wonderful stay at this centric hotel with its friendly staff. The provided refillable water at check in was a nice touch and the convenient water dispenser in the lobby made it easy to not depend on buying water during our visit.
