Liz, the waitress in the hotel restaurant was phenomenal. We was professional, friendly, and didn't mind questions. She knew the food from the menu herself and could make knowable recommendations. Her communication skills arre exceptional.

During my stay at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt, I found the Staff to be extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. The facility provided optimal room and dining accommodations all while being located in a Prime part of Nashville proper. The neighborhood around the proper is extremely family friendly, featuring numerous restaurants, parks, and museums. I while definitely recommend staying at this location upon your next visit to Nashville.

Location is great, beds are super comfortable and clean. Additionally, customer service is extremely excellent and helpful. Ms. Tish at front desk was so nice and make my experience at hotel Fraye just perfect for my birthday weekend. Since we arrive she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Ms. Tish !

I liked the kind attitudes of the front desk CSRs, Micah and LaKendrick. They weee very kind to everyone in the facility. They were diverse and attended to our needs.

Both the breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant was amazing. Great design and great atmosphere! The lobby was perfect for relaxing a bit and hanging out. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were cleaned/turned down daily. I didn’t find the hotel to be noisy at all - we were on floor 6.

All staff were so courteous and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spacious and clean, Breakfast was buffet style, plenty of food always available as we went at different times Downtown was approximately 20minute walk, The hotel manager was so welcoming Definitely would come back

The breakfast options were great and tasted delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The location perfect to get to Vanderbilt university yet close enough to drive to Music Row and other attractions.

It is near all the places I need to visit and the staff is always friendly and professional.

I recently stayed at Springhill on the West end and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that I wished the balcony door could open—it would have been nice to enjoy some fresh air and the view. Aside from that, everything was great, and I’d consider staying here again.
