This is such a lovely hotel -- it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Things I loved:
-- The hotel is new (I heard it opened 6 months ago?) and it shows in how nice and clean the facilities are. I got a beautifully designed, modern room. I originally received a room facing construction and they were happy to switch it to a room with a beautiful view of the city.
-- All of the staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful.
-- They have an ADORABLE robot butler named Henry! The staff sent him up with a complimentary cookie shaped like the robot itself. He makes cute, R2D2-like noises when he drops off your stuff and asks you how your stay went. This was definitely a highlight of my stay.
-- They give you a voucher for a free wine or beer to redeem at the rooftop bar.
-- They have a nice cafe next to the lobby where they serve Craftsman & Wolves pastries. The design is so airy and open, and the cafe is very quiet and serene.
-- Great location, right next to Oracle Park, only 15 min drive to SFO. The surrounding area is super safe and within walkable distance of lots of nice restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and the kitchen is completely equipped. Comfortable beds, rooms and bathrooms with a good size. We could feel like we were at home. Location is also very good, valet service is available and Ghirardelli square is an awesome place to spend time.

A return stay to the OMNI SF since pre-pandemic days and it was nice to see the same level of quality service: friendly staff from the doorman, front desk, restaurant, and especially housekeeping, all of whom me feel very welcomed. I also appreciated the coffee in the morning and evening, and apples throughout the day in the reception area. I chose the OMNI for its location - walking distance to many tourist attractions for down times (Embarcadero, Ferry Terminal, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown etc), as well as work in the financial district. Had a lovely stay.

Loved our afternoon on Pier39.
Loved our afternoon on Pier39. Had a wonderful meal and watched all the activities going on including a busker who was riding a unicycle whilst juggling and was very good. Lots of people there but felt very safe.

S.F. Has become unbearable. It is a cesspool.
S.F. Has become unbearable. It is a cesspool. Literally a cesspool! It is fouled beyond belief. If you have nostalgic feelings of S.F. from your childhood my advice to you is to NEVER return! Unless you savor the aroma of fresh and stake human waste your cherished childhood memories will be forever tarnished should you decide to risk your own life to venture back to that God foresaken place!

The room was comfortable with great black out curtains. It was great to have the couches and chair for extra seating space. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. The location was great for visiting Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf. The lobby of the hotel had a clean and classy apparence with a small but great bar space.
This is an excellent hotel in a great location (one can take a walk in the beautiful Presidio, which is 50 yards from the hotel. Easy access to Pier 39, etc. for tourists.
I was there for a SF Giants baseball weekend. location was excellent for Oracle Park (20 minute walk), next to China town, close to Union Square and about a 30 minute walk to Pier 39. Was able to walk most places. The hotel was comfortable, staff was good and seemed well maintained. enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location! Walking to the Masonic Theater for a concert was just a few minutes walk. You can catch the cable car right in front of the hotel. Walking to Chinatown, North Beach and Pier 39 are totally doable from this location. I liked that you could drive into their foyer area so you didn't have to worry about parking on the street. The rooms are very spacious, look newly decorated, and have huge windows. There is a restaurant right downstairs. They also provide you with free bottled water.

The location was the best part. The hotel isn't too far from Pier 39 nor The Golden Gate Bridge. The Palace of Fine Arts is also nearby. There is a coffee shop and pizzeria right across the street.

I like the location, close to the trolley, close to the Fisherman Wharf, walking distance to the chocolate factory, very close to Pier 39. That was the best part about this hotel, close to everything.

We had a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from our room and we were on Lombard Street, the famous windy street in San Francisco! We weren’t far from the wharf, which was incredible spent time on Pier 45, and watched the sea lions and the antique pinball machine museum on Pier 39 1/2! So fun easy to get around to anywhere!

Very nice hotel walking distance front fisherman’s wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Hyde Powell Cable car, Marine Museum and beach. Beats the hustle and bustle of downtown, with easy access to that via cable car or driving on your own. We loved it. Caught a Giants game as well.

I loved the location. It’s literally 2 mins walking from pier 39 and about 5 mins to the exploratorium. Also, the hotel catered to kids. It had a game room, and other fun things for kids to do.
