Walking distance from enterprise center and other spots. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating

Julie (front desk). The historical CHARM. Very boutique, not your average road warrior hotel I am so tired of saying in. I am a PLATINUM Bon Voy member. I will be booking TRIBUTE properties going forward.

Staff was wonderful it’s always super clean !

It was close to everything , the staff was helpful and friendly.

The location was great. It was downtown, so there was easy access to most places, either by foot or by car. The room I came with complementary breakfast, which helped me immensely. The staff at the front desk gave me a paper with a list of restaurants, their contact information, what they serve, and how far they were from the hotel. It came in handy.

Convenient, close to downtown and good location. And helpful staff members

Excellent location for all the downtown entertainment! Excellent staff! Nice rooms with a good view!

Parking. You pay to park in a safe parking garage. Especially the breakfast! The happy hour for drinks and dinner! Very clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Gym, Starbucks, the breakfast

Great location and very friendly staff

The room is comfortable. They were serving free beer and chips every night. Staff is super friendly and nice and there's a good restaurant right next to the hotel.

It was close to everything. The staff was very helpful from the desk service to food service to housekeeping- everyone was kind, polite and helped me when I requested anything.

Great view and enjoyed Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

A beautiful Place, full of history, completely opposite the "off the shelve" chain hotels. Full of character and quaint
