I enjoy staying at unique places rather than chain hotels. The Priory fit the bill. Price was very reasonable especially considering parking and breakfast were included. The room was comfortable with tv, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. Toiletries and hairdryer in bathroom. Nice workout room in basement. Not right downtown, but a convenient drive to most places. I suspect we could have walked some places had the weather been better. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is pre-ordered the night before and then provided in a grab and go bag. There is a nice area in which to eat it. Courtyard is lovely.

I had issues with my code to get in the building, and Mary Beth was easily accessible by phone and helpful in getting me in quickly. The Great Room is beautiful! The bedroom was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast options provided for the morning were great, and the coffee was excellent!

    Very easy check-in instructions and helpful tips on parking, providing guidance on app and hours for free parking, which helped me plan my time. Quiet! I was comfortable and slept very well. I only had 1 night in Pittsburgh. However, when I have a chance to visit again, I would stay here again. The neighborhood is good, with the charm of old buildings. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. It's a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown or the Strip district. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening without having to drive.

    Quiet. Spacious, comfortable, room and bed. AC and ceiling fan worked well during extra warm, humid days. Helpful, pleasant staff. Easy walk to the Strip District for meals and to downtown along a riverside walkway. Good lighting, plenty of plugs.

    We had a very spacious room, great location for access to downtown, the strip district and stadiums. Many restaurants options within easy walking distance and across the street from the Heinz History Center. And I can’t forget FREE parking. A huge plus!

    The front desk staff are amazing. The housekeeping staff are very courteous. The rooms are very clean and spacious and well lit. The location is perfect if you have something to do downtown Pittsburgh. The strip with dozens of cool stores and cafes is just a 10 minute walk away and there are so many nice restaurants, along with the convention center and bendum center just next to the hotel. There is good coffee for money you can buy at the hotel bar.

    The location was perfect. The hotel is directly across from the Heinz Museum and only a few blocks from the strip and the terminal. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the free parking and easy access to the lot.
