We loved staying downtown and taking in the sights, Arch national park, proximity to fantastic food, cider houses, and the beautiful old buildings all around the area. The hotel itself is a perfect repurposed old factory with a great blend of old charm with new conveniences.

The room is comfortable. They were serving free beer and chips every night. Staff is super friendly and nice and there's a good restaurant right next to the hotel.

Hotel is very clean, lots of space and front of house staff are wonderful. Breakfast is good. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a lovely city.

The staff was incredible, from the chef at breakfast, the janitorial staff, and the ladies working the front desk. The elevator was quick and clean. The hotel was quiet

The Suite is huge, the equipment generous, and the housekeeping first rate. We stayed for five days and became familiar with many staff members. Mr Willy Banks and Ms Tracy welcomed us to breakfast or dinner with warmth and care. As usual with Embassy Inn properties, the free drinks and snacks at five PM gave you a chance to meet other guests.

Everyone, from the front desk staff to valet to housekeeping was friendly and kind. We felt welcomed and valued from the moment we stepped on property.

The hotel/museum is beautiful. Very high tech and secure. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were professional and helpful. I loved the refillable water bottles. The drinks from the bar are strong. Great atmosphere. I would visit again.
