Great location, minutes away from White Sands Monument National Park, but close enough to Carlsbad Caverns to do them both in a weekend and stay here. Loved the breakfast options which were better than any other hotel breakfast we had had over the prior three weeks. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that they loan sleds and wax for sliding at White Sands, allowing all three in our family to participate at the same time. Beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the late pool-jacuzzi hours for our arrival after visiting and traveling from the caverns.

Heading from Tucson to Santa Fe and wanted to visit White Sands and stay nearby. Picked here and what an excellent choice, it's a nearly new hotel and the rooms are well equipped mini-suites. Very good complementary breakfirst, first wafflemaker of the trip (as a Brit I find them fascinating). No food within a walk so drove into Alamagordo and found a great local Mexican.

The bed was comfy and very cozy for a hard day of work. Parking is great and the service is very helpful, and the location very close to some fine dining.
