The bed was great! The size of the room was very spacious and clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious and the cafe was very convenient for coffee in the morning.

Great hotel, fun bar, lovely room, friendly staff. Moved me to a great room when asked.

Great location, easy to get around Very nice hotel, great valet service. Everyone at this hotel was very nice and very helpful. In-room service meals were very good. Would stay here again for sure!

Friendly staff, very welcoming. Parking was easy.

Such a unique, artfully, uniquely Texas decorated hotel. Absolutely loved the vibe, location, snacks/drinks offered AND the free transportation offered around town (especially to and from our concert venue)… made the night so much more enjoyable and safe not having to worry about getting a Lyft or Uber! Beds were so comfy and the best pizza in town is right across the street (DeSano) for a late night snack!

Everything. No issues at all. Close to the river walk trail.

The front desk was professional and made sure to help me in any way needed

Friendly staff, very good location, and a good price for the rooms. If you don’t mind having a disconnected bathroom, it’s a much cheaper option than their regular hotel rooms.

Different hotel feel. Wonderful staff and accommodations.

Centrally located the hotel featured excellent amenities and a pleasant stay.

I like it a lot the hotel was amazing

I was traveling for pleasure, from another country, and the staff was super professional, kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable; the gym is small but enough to do some cardio; the different spaces inside the hotel as so enjoyable! Such a great experience at the hotel. I even lost an earbud after I had checked out, and when I came back to the hotel, they have found it due to their professionalism. Loved so much!

Hotel San José feels like a tiny village hidden inside Austin, filled with laughter, warm light, and people who actually seem happy to be there. The lush plants, intimate paths, and small but inviting pool create a relaxed atmosphere that never feels forced or overdesigned. It’s the perfect blend of old-school Austin charm and easygoing comfort, and I can’t wait to return.

This is an exceptional botique hotel, beautifully kept and located. Feels like you are in a resort in the centre of the city.

Absolutely love this hotel. In the middle of everything! Great service via text and felt like we stayed at a friends luxurious guest house in the middle of a Japanese garden. Attention to style and detail is superb!
