This stay is among the most memorable and enjoyable we've ever had. The hostess was welcoming and resourceful, particularly during the storm and flood on the 25th of September. When all around us was chaos and closure, she graciously allowed us to stay with her, providing a safe harbor. The owner also personally prepares breakfast for her guests, serving a delicious array of options including yogurt, orange juice, fresh fruits, and a choice of warm breakfast dishes. Her personal touch, combined with the estate's harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern amenities, such as the pool, created an ambiance of homely hospitality, making our stay utterly delightful and remarkable. The estate itself, rich in quaint, traditional elegance, yet modernly equipped, felt like a warm, welcoming home, ensuring a splendid stay for us.

Charming boutique hotel with a great vibe and lovely outdoor spaces off our room. The staff was extremely friendly and food in the restaurant was good as well. We arrived late and decided to stay in for our meal, and it was a good decision, followed by a full and abundant breakfast in the morning. We spent the morning walking and shopping the village, and all shopkeepers just as pleasant. The gardens were stupendous and very appreciated.

Located in the heart of Montagu, this lodge offers nonsmoking rooms and a restaurant. Free parking is available. Cape Town is a 2-hour drive away.

Everything was above expectation, it is true to its name.. Indeed a sanctuary to get refresh and rejuvenated after a hectic year! .. Darlene our host was a delight to interact with and absolutely amazing. The luxury room with its steam shower and Jacuzzi bath was refreshing! Little Sanctuary is from now on my get away place!
