Spacious room, overlooking the Danube. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast including Continental, English, Cereal and local cuisine. Very friendly, kind and professional staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Thank you! We will definitely revisit!

The room was very nice. Very friendly staff. Great and tasty breakfast. Excellent location - in the heart of the city center.

Big room, indoor swimming pool, very nice and helpful staff!

All the things were very good.

Svetemeer (my spelling) was great and speaks English like an American. Great breakfast. Loved the Love room. This is truly a family run hotel.

Parking out front beautiful property and the food on promises was excellent

It is very very clean , nice staff . We stay 4 years in a row there.

One of the friendliest and most helpful staff! They kindly helped before and after our reservation. Once again, thank you very much! For its price, the hotel was really comfortable. Had a lovely breakfast.

Location is everything! Close to all the restaurants and cafes.

Location, friendly and helpful reception lady, who speaks good English. Simple rooms, little old style, but it's ok, we had good sleep. The bathroom was clean and there was a small fridge.

I liked how the staff were very helpful, kind and friendly

The location was perfect - right at the entrance to the pedestrian zone and in the heart of the city. Spacious and cosy. Pet friendly. Our cat loved it too. The owner was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Very fair price.staff very good she waited with me to take money out from the bank machine. Thank you for carrying.

We were very welcomed ☺️ the apartment was very clean and cozy. Very close to a supermarket, nice area. The acces was easy and the communication was amazing. Really recommend

The receptionist, Simion, was exceptionally friendly and kind. Although the charging spot was taken by another non-electric car, he sincerely apologized several times and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade as a gesture of goodwill.

Good location - just before the Danube river border if you need to go to Romania. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious. We were with our Tesla - they prodived us even with a small charging station for over the night.

Good location. Decent breakfast. Good condition.

Clean big room, fresh furniture, nice staff.

It was a little hard to find down a side street but parking was excellent and staff very friendly. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet and we got a good nights sleep.

Pentru ca nu am fost atenta cand am facut cazarea, am avut o surpriza , placuta pot sa spun. Daca esti in cautarea de conectare cu partenerul, este locul perfect!

I mean, it’s a boat that’s a hotel that has a restaurant on the Danube. And includes free continental breakfast with great coffee

The room, the location and the facilities were excellent 💯

location right in the old city near a plaza, short walk to grocery stores, easy bus ride to ruse east flixbus station, strong AC, large room, quiet residential street, safe, key card, fast wifi, clean, amazing shared amenities (kitchen, tv/sitting area, outdoor seating) amazing shower water pressure!

Beautiful, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very attentive and helpful and staff that speaks English. Elevator! Nice quiet location but easy to walk to center. We were biking the Danube and they kept our bikes safe and arranged a taxi to take back over the bridge.

Room 5 at end of ground floor hall. Good floor space

If you need a simple place to stay at affordable price, then this is your best choice, right by the train station with some supermarkets and shops nearby.

The location is amazing! Very clean an spacious rooms. We are greeted with AC on and the temperature in summer was perfect! We find parking spot in the back of the building. We definitely will come back again! 👍
