The hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and offers one of the best lake views we’ve ever experienced. Our room had a huge terrace with a completely unobstructed panoramic view of the lake. Falling asleep while looking out over the peaceful water and waking up to the beautiful lake view made every morning feel special. One of the highlights was that from the restaurant terrace on the ground floor, you can simply walk down a few steps and jump straight into the crystal-clear lake for a swim. My son and I had so much fun swimming there—it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is also close to many attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Considering the price, we felt this hotel offered unbelievable value for money. It exceeded our expectations in every way and was one of the best-value hotels we have ever stayed in. We would definitely love to come back.

Amazing lake views and very quiet location. Restaurant with great food downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking space. Bike rental at doorstep. Super comfortable apartment with all you need for a great stay. Easy town and supermarkets access.

The owner is an amazing person who feel like you stay with your family home. He is really helpful, warm. The breakfast is really delicious with local foods. Everything is clean and fresh. Recommended 100÷.

Nice, quite apartment only 5 minutes away from Gersau ship and bus station. 4 minutes to Volg supermarket. 2 mintes to a bakery and cute "Dorfladen". Beautiful garden view, Piece. We will return. 5 restaurants in walking distance, (Stay away from the Chinese restaurant and hotel, Anker). He will become bankrupt anyways within 6 weeks.

This was absolutely magnificent! It feels almost too good to be true, but it is. The town on the lake is charming, and the beautiful house is just a 5-minute walk from the promenade, complete with its own private parking. The apartment itself is delightful and spacious, featuring a lovely terrace with lake views, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a royal bedroom, and a comfortable bathroom. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, and we truly enjoyed interacting with her. Our recommendation: start and end your day with a stroll along the lake, sit on the terrace with a glass of wine, and your vacation will be magical! We are so grateful for the wonderful time we spent here.

Great view from the balcony of our room! Property has a western view and we were gifted two amazing sunsets over the lake, one from the secret lakeside sauna. Wonderful spa! and a close walk to the train up to the top of Mt Rigi. Nice restaurant for dinner and amazing breakfast included.

Location, modern minimalist and bright room decor, new and super clean, very nice staff. Beds/ pillows were comfortable and we had a nice little porch overlooking the mountains and lake. On site parking if you have a car. We just stayed one night but this is an interesting concept hotel focused on health and well being for those looking for the total experience.

Property has an excellent location and amazing view on the lake. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with whatever a big family might need. We had the lower apartment, it was just perfect for us, The village is very quite and charming with its nature beauty. Monika and pietro

The view over the lake and surrounding mountains was absolutely stunning—truly postcard-worthy at any time of day. The on-site restaurant served delicious local and international dishes, accompanied by attentive service and a cosy atmosphere. The overall service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and always helpful. A perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. Location is exceptional, close enough to enjoy the city and far enough to experience the lake and country side. Readily accessible to main road.

Excellent value for money! The staff is just fantastic! I had an issue with my booking and they fixed it immediately, even though it was not the fault of the hotel. The staff at the reception is friendly and kind, upon my arrival they knew who was coming. During breakfast the waiter was also kind. The room was clean and large. Also, free parking. Cant be happier with this hotel tbh, also given it was a last-minute booking! Also, the location is fantastic- very close to Stoos.

The customer service was rxtraordinary and so personable. My little grand niece loved the Spielzimmwr (pkay room).The lit candles in the hall added yo the charm. Lovedc eating outside w spectacular view Breakfast was healthy and filling. I was impressed w the use of organic products. We had a Familienzimmer and did not mind at all that the toiket and shower were on the floor,rather than in the room. There were plenty of toiket and shower facilities.Rigi Klösterli exudes a spiritual well being and I highly recommend it. The staff,esp the woman at reception was a warm and attentive personable professional.Danke viilmals.

Great location, so close to the bahn and the ferry, central to the area if you are wanting to go to multiple mountains and day trips.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful, they even spent our first evening having beer with us on their property (which they provided!). The cabin had everything you might need, was sparkling clean and you could tell they take a lot of pride in the home they provide for guests. It was one of the best stays I have ever had.
