BangladeshThe location of the hotel was exceptional. You can enjoy the alpine beauty from the balcony. Close to the hotel there was a souvenir shop which was also nice. Hiking area to Fronalpstock view point is nearby and you can also take the cable car. The staff were nice and friendly and helped us to correct our plan to visit Lucerne. The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.

We really liked this spacious apartment and the restaurant below.
The shower was great, and the beautiful kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts could add some basics for cooking in the kitchen cabinets, like cooking oil, salt, and pepper, and then it would be perfect.
Although the supermarket is next door so no problem. We left some oil for the next guests.
The building next door has very prominent lighting during the night, so if sensitive to light, it might be wise to bring your sleeping mask.

The scenery from the apartment was stunning and there was plenty of space, and it was well equipped inside.
The village was nice and the hotel across the road was very convenient for a meal.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Amazing location with some of the best views I've seen. The staff were so hospitable. Usually we struggle to sleep well with hotel beds but had one of the best nights in a long time. Could not praise the place high enough.

Room was neat, tidy and clean. Bed and pillows were just right for us. Certainly good for resting/sleeping after a day of walking and sightseeing. Location was about 15 mins walk from the central train station. But on the first day, it took us close to 30 mins to find the apartment as we were not familiar with streets and location. Nevertheless it was in a peaceful nice neighbourhood. There are lots of cafes and supermarkets in and around the train station.

Came by car and got a nice parking spot from the hotel.
Room was good for one night - sleep and shower and go.

Breakfast was a continental, and was all freshly made and prepared; with plenty of options.
Location of the hotel was perfect. Literally 60 seconds walk from the main station, and two minutes from the river, and the Old Town. Perfect for a couple of days of either work or vacation.

Samer was absolutely fantastic, calling me ahead of our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed, and during our stay, being incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well placed to explore Luzern, with the old town being an easy stroll away. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Recommended!

One of the bathroom’s radiator can’t work. However, this apartment is still really nice. You can go everywhere in Luzern by foot.
Notice: there is a church nearby, the clock got ringing every 15 mins. If you don’t have a deep sleep, it might get a little bit disturbing.

Stunning apartment with amazing city / lake view (you can see both) through a beautiful window, roof terrace, and full kitchen. Easy check-in and out. Perfect location right by the lake promenade. Nice bathrooms and showers. Responsive staff. Very luxurious and at least five people could sleep and eat there comfortably.

Great location, host gave great instructions on how to find the apartment and how to get in to make check in very easy. Was easy walk to the city centre and old town. After staying in hotels was great to have an apartment with a kitchen and separate bedroom for the kids and access to a washing machine.

A cozy hotel, a wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the window, a delicious breakfast - what could be better than such a vacation? The staff was very attentive, always happy to answer questions and give good advice. On cold evenings, you could warm up in the sauna and relax in the spa area.

We wanted something a little out of the way yet still about to appreciate the view. This provided everything in abundance. The accommodation was decadent with a beautiful balcony that you could sit and watch the surrounding lake and mountains until the stars glittered above. The room was glorious, the restaurant was amazing and the walks from the hotel just perfect.

I was genuinely surprised at how comfortable the bed was and then extra pleased to see that the room was longer than my 6'3" providing a fantastic night's sleep. It's like being in a dorm without being in a dorm - there's lots of people in the same room as you but you are completely enclosed in your own space. So, no snoring or other noises to keep you awake. I'm definitely going to look out for more capsule hotels in the future.

Great value for the price as Lucern is very expensive. Bus station is right below the hotel, so you can directly come to the centar of Lucern within 20 min. The best is that you get visitors card which you can use to trevel for free within Lucern (bus or train), just check which zones it coveres.
Room for two was not big but if you are going to just sleep in it like we did, it is perfect.
Bathroom was great , with spacious walk in shower and large window which was my bigest plus.
