Lodgings in Grächen

The view and location are wonderful. The room was clean. And staff is welcoming and helpful.

Room was over book so we were offered a new room at different place which locate even higher on the mountain, the lady were so friendly she drove us to a new place.

Perfect! I wanna go back. Everything you need is there. Location is so beautiful. House is very clean, new, and modern.

The property was very well maintained. The facilities are top notch. Natascha made us feel at home and we really appreciated everything.

A wonderful stay! The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable experience.

Eggeri apartment is a home while you away from home. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, very tidy and there's washing machine downstairs. The view around the apartment is amazing. The apartment is on the top floor. And the owner is kind, very responded to our questions and also helped us with our luggage. Public transportation to the apartment is very easy. I highly recommend Eggeri apartment.

Amazing place, squeaky clean, modern, super quiet at night.

All of the staff were so kind and caring. My room was very comfortable. The breakfast included was excellent.

Really good breakfast. Plenty of time to finish. Owner very kind and staff very attentive.

We want to express our immense gratitude to the entire staff at the Lifestyle & Spa Hotel Grächerhof for making our stay truly unforgettable. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Heidi (the receptionist) for your warm welcome, fantastic recommendations on things to do in Grächen, providing all the useful information about the property, making a fondue dinner reservation for us, and surprising us with a welcome drink. Thank you, Pedro (the waiter), for your stellar service at the restaurant and for making us feel so comfortable. Once again, we appreciate the amazing coffee we had just before we left! 😉 Please also extend our gratitude to the other waitress (the one with black hair) for being so thoughtful and even setting up the music for us during our anniversary dinner. Thanks to the Chef for making the best omelet I have ever had for breakfast! Thank you, Magda (housekeeping), for your immediate help in providing the items we needed. Thank you, Simon (the owner), for taking the time to check in with us to ensure everything was to our liking, for the lovely conversation, and for your very thoughtful surprise gesture to honor our wedding anniversary. (And again, thanks to Pedro for going the extra mile to deliver it!) The property is new, modern, and cozy, making it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a ski trip, or a family vacation. It has the best spa I have ever seen in a three-star hotel, featuring a bio sauna, dry sauna (95°C), steam sauna, jacuzzi, foot massage station, and an incredibly comfortable and peaceful relaxation area with fresh fruit, spa water, and high-quality tea. The location is fantastic-literally right next to the bus station and the cable car to Hannigalp. They even provide special snow-walking shoes for free, and for skiers, there is a designated area to store ski equipment. We are so glad we found and booked this property. We highly recommend it!

Very warm, kind personal, who treated us very nice and helped us to make a plan for the day. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean and calm. Thank you. Location was excellent too!

We went on a family ski trip. The hotel and staff were amazing. The town is super cute, and has great options for restaurants as well as the one in the hotel itself. The spa facilities were amazing. Would highly recommend this property, and look forward to returning.

- very nice host & staff - daily cleanliness - very quiet and calm location - very good breakfast - great panorama to the Weißhorn gletcher - very good wi-fi - own private parking

The hotel is great, the location is perfect. The staff is very nice. It is perfect for families.

We loved staying here! It was so cozy and perfect for a stop before the Europaweg.

The hosts were very courteoues and accomodating, private SPA was provided upon request, rooms were clean. All in all, 10/10 recommendation

We loved the beautiful quiet village of Grachen - perhaps quiet because we were there in October, but such a contrast to the busy towns in the valley. Studio Roseline was very comfortable and very nicely fitted out. Our hosts were great and made sure our stay was very nicely fitted out - modern, very clean and comfortable. The apartment is in a no car area, but our hosts gave us and our luggage to the studio on a small electric vehicle. Great walks around the village and surrounding mountains. Convenient small supermarkets available and nice restaurants close by. Some nice shops selling very nice things and some nice clothes etc. overall a very pleasant stay.

Hotel site is very good and staff is very friendly and caring

Authentic all time feel. Very friendly staff. Everything was excellent

Lovely room with a nice view of the town square.

The location, the view, and the cleanliness of the property. Everything is exactly the same as in the pictures.
