breakfast was OK, except for the mornings when the cook had the day off and there was no eggs and no bacon.

I booked the appartment for my husband birthday. It was wonderful, very well equiped with a nice view on the white mountains. The host was so kind and accepted that we stay a little bit longer on the departure day. I recommend without hesitation! :)

Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

Perfect location right next to the cable car. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Picked us up and dropped us off at the parking garage. Also offered us a late check out to shower after summer skiing. Hotel has a holding room for luggage as well in the event you have to check out but still want to explore for the day. Breakfast was included and opened at 6am, perfect for those that want to get out and explore early!

-ROOM I hesitated booking because of some negative reviews and would like to point out that 4 bed family room is with CURTAINS! This seems to have been main issue reported by other travellers.Room minimalistic, comfortable matress, pillow and duvet. Not sure why some complained about that. -COMMON AREA Cosy and inviting, we arrived a little earlier than 16 for the check in and had enjoyed staying there. -STAFF Staff super friendly & helpful at the restaurant at our arrival, during the dinner and breakfast. -KEYS Ski Room, Front door, your room - all opens with a code which is practical. You can enter ski room before your check-in time and leave your bags while you ski. Super nice Ski Room with plenty of space to dry your gear. You can access it from outside and from inside. Best ski room i have ever seen. -RESTAURANT/BAR It was a real cold weekend during our stay so we were happy to not go outside and spent the whole evening at the hotel, we had food at the restaurant, went to the hotel's bar. There was snowboard film screening and DJ playing some hip-hop, quite some people but without being overcrowded. There is also a more quiet area at the bar where you can talk. Felt like a place to be, had a good time! -ACCESSIBILITY Hotel is close to the bus stop /parking so this is very handy as you normally arrive with few bags and skis. For skiing you can walk or take the saas fee bus to the lift which is free of charge.

Great stay and perfect location.

Such a unique and charming boutique hotel. We love everything about it- especially Deborah who goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special! Rooms are well appointed and the view of the mountains from our room balcony is spectacular! The breakfast room/restaurant is built to embrace the views of the gorge and the river below. An extraordinary way to start your day and to holiday. So much to do and see in the Saas-Fee area!

It was right next to the ski slopes very good location. I ate dinner almost every day here and the dinner choices were so delicious. Better than eating in the restaurants outside in my opinion. The beds were comfortable, thank God. And the staff were so friendly, especially in the dining area so welcoming, so happy and attentive. And my bedroom overlooked a beautiful view of the ski slopes in the mountains.

Well positioned, away from the heavy tourist activities. Modern installations, great style clean, calm and comfortable.

Wonderful staff, great breakfast, and a nice quiet location in the village (about 10min walk from the bus station).

Plenty of space for us (3). Location was convenient - not far from the parking center and close to the middle of Saas Fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast too!

Beautiful location, up to date rooms, great staff. We arrived late after hiking and they brought us large glasses of prosecco. The breakfast was the best we’ve had all trip and staff was very helpful and felt like they cared.

Perfect place to go skiing, can walk 2min and put your skis on. Very friendly owner with nice vibe in hotel.

The size of the room exceeded my expectations. It was very large and comfortable. With ample seating space, it was a great room for a weekend where we were locked in because of storms in the mountains. We also got a late checkout as the roads were closed due to the storm.

Beautiful location right in the center of town, very close to the grocery store and bus station, walking distance from the lifts, clean and comfortable apartment, and unparalleled service from the Navigare team regarding all sorts of questions or assistance. We wish we had a longer stay and we hope to return.

Super nice, cozy place for a family week. 2' walking to a bus stop that will take us to Alpine Express or ski school.
