Just a 3 minutes walk from Station and excellent hotel very clean and spacious for our family apartment and breakfast is decent , supermarket just across the hotel. We enjoy the stay here very much and will definitely come back again for our next visit to Zermatt

Everything was perfect! The apartment was huge and each room had an ensuite bathroom
. The kitchenette was actually a fully equipped kitchen. It was a shame we didn’t cook.
The breakfast spread was so good with so much variety. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location was also very close to rhetorical train station and main shopping street. Mainly restaurants were nearby the hotel, it was very convenient. Loved every minute of our stay!

I chose this accommodation because it was better value for money than other hotels in Zermatt. Overall, friendly, comfortable accommodation, clean bedding, the bed was comfortable and it's good that there is a small kitchen area.

The staff were most obliging and very helpful. The Hotel is literally next door to the Train Station. Every 20 mins there is a Shuttle Train and return from Zermatt.
Most Hotels in Europe seem to be very hot which can make it difficult for sleeping.
An Electric jug for making tea and coffee and a small fridge would be appreciated by
all customers.

Really one of the best wellness areas I have used. It wasn’t very busy but was clean and had everything to a high quality. We had the smallest apartment but they had thought of everything!! There is even a small hotel shower to use if you are skiing on check out day. We had exactly all the supplies we needed in a small space. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice. The location cannot be beat.

Friendly reception even though the receptionist doesn't speak fluent English, the communication was easy enough. The room was good with the extra bed a sleeper sofa. The breakfast is ok but nothing special but nice views onto the mountains from the breakfast room. It is one of the cheaper hotels in Leukerbad and for the price it is a good deal.

We had the 3 bedroom apartment, which worked out well for a couple and 2 singles. Lots of room for 4 of us. Livingroom furniture is not so comfortable but functional. Beds and linens were great.
Well-appointed kitchen to cook meals, as well near some great restaurants.
Red bus line stops just above hotel. It is free from the various stations. Be prepared to walk in ski boots and carry skies. It is 2 chf to lock skies at the loafing station. Should have considered it

Super convenient. You can walk to the Zermatt Glacier tram in about 10 min or take a bus, which also takes about the same time with the wait. Taxi would be a few minutes.
Hotel ownership was friendly and helpful. We really felt welcomed.
Breakfast was fantastic. A wide variety of cuisine to suit your appetite.
All staff were very patient and helpful.
Accommodations have recently benefitted from extensive renovations providing a contemporary feel while maintaining the traditional heritage of the property and resort.

The apartment was great. It is a nice space for a family of four with everything you need. Its open plan layout was great, and you are able to step right outside onto the yard, which has a nice view of the valley and the mountainside.
The kitchen is of a high quality and had everything we needed. The apartment was well comfortably warm and is well insulated. Everything was clean and proper. We prefer this type of accommodation to a hotel room. It was a home away from home.

Very nice apartment with one double bed and a big sofa bed, good for a 3-4 person family. Sufficient kitchen facilities, even has many cooking seasonings . We cooked every day. Nice Mountain view. Good location which you can drive 3-5 minutes directly to the Torrant cablecar parking . and also nearing the bus stop. Very cost-effective apartment for ski. There is a cute cat sleeping in the lobby everyday. we love the staying here.

Perfect for family vacation. Clean and spacious 140m2 apartment on two floors and a nice view to Matterhorn. Good location close to the lift that takes you to Matterhorn glacier paradise. A bit of a climb back to the apartment, but I would call it good exercise :)

The whole stay here is short but lovely from checking in to checking out. The receptionists are kind and accommodating, we left our luggages as we came in early and when we arrived in the evening, our luggages were inside our room already. The room is good for 2 people but it was way too spacious, the bathroom has bathtub with separate shower. Our room has balcony that is overlooking the Matterhorn. This hotel has spa too, with warm pool and sauna, and a gym for people who can’t miss their work outs while on vacation.
