Lodgings in Lenk

I was extremely pleased with the room I got. It had a balcony. From the room I had a beautiful view to the northwest. The room was very clean. The receptionist bothered about my guest card. For some reason I didn't receive it digital. She sent an e-mail about this to me. At the end she printed it out and gave it to me the other day. The breakfast buffet looked great. Overall it was very quiet in the hotel.

The staff was super friendly, the building is being renovated and we had a new room which was amazing and very comfy. The location very close to the Betelberg Ski Station and you can get a Bus for free at the entrance of the hotel to All ski resorts in the city.

Spotless clean and super friendly staff. Breakfast was also amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay and we are fully satisfied! Just for information: check-in and breakfast are at another Hotel (Kreuz), which is located very close to Alpina (5 minutes walking).

Very friendly welcome by the staff. We were received by Markus who kindly waited for us despite our late arrival and shown us around. Note that late check-ins can be arranged by notifying the staff beforehand. The room was fit for purpose and as advertised on the website. As backpackers, what we also appreciated is the shared kitchen, the shared dining room and the washing/drying machines. Not being from Switzerland and travelling on a budget (wink wink, the too are related), it was great to be able to prepare our own dinner and breakfast (and not spend a month of salary on restaurants --> although rest assured, there are good options). Note as well that the hostel is conveniently placed very near to the town center and the train station (a 5 min walk away at most). There you go. Happy with our stay and we actually went back for a second night there. Hope this helps.

The cottage was in a great location in the city and close to the telecabin. The atmosphere was very cozy and lovely. All the amenities and supplies were fully prepared and ready for a few days of relaxation. The owner was very accommodating and available via WhatsApp, responding to my questions and requests immediately.

Great breakfast with lots of local options. The location is perfect, just far enough from town to avoid the limited noise, but close enough to walk there in minutes! I would definitely return.

The hotel is situated few steps from Lenk train station. It was recently refurnished, the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff is very helpful and kind. The online checkin process and Simmental card worked like charm. Really fantastic experience!

Breakfast was really good. There were excellent rolls. There was always a good choice of very good local yogurts. The meals were good. Once they made a vegetable plate with chips upon my special request.

Clean, cosy, comfortable and well located

Breakfast is good, rooms quite and clean, friendly staff and the spa is wonderful, with an outside pool, and hammam/sauna. One evening we were there all alone.

Great Location , Great Hotel , Great people The owners were so kind We will come back again Love from Greece 🇬🇷 ❤️ Rein & Pierre

Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and the deco within the hotel and of the rooms is calming and a mixture between old and authentic and modern with love for natural. Gardens… I loved the gardens… lots of little corners where you could sit in silence with your own thoughts… or no thoughts at all… beautifully scenting of the herbs growing… A vegetarian establishment that serves a delicious breakfast, good coffee and amazing dinner! The natural products (hand/ body wash and shampoo ) in the bathroom and showers by Feuerstein are just absolutely wonderful! Their scent of essential oils sends you into a feeling of bliss and relaxation!

The location was fantastic, walkable to everything you need. Staff was top notch!! Could not appreciate them more! Amazing! Room was clean, comfortable, and a lovely view.

Lenk, Switzerland, is a truly beautiful destination, especially for those who love cool weather, mountains, and peaceful surroundings. I really enjoyed the area and its amazing atmosphere. This was my second time staying in this apartment, and I was very happy to come back. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere. It was a pleasure staying here again, and we had a lovely and relaxing time. I highly recommend this apartment, especially if you enjoy staying in a beautiful mountain area with cool weather and stunning views. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lenk. 🇨🇭❤️

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredible, the food amazing. The warm infinity pool and spa was exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. Our room was spacious and gorgeous with an excellent coffee in room option. Lenk is a lovely town and not as busy as Gstaad. A perfect place to spent many days and relax.

Authentic and friendly, exceptional food.

Excellent view and fun watching the gliders.

half board was included. the meals were excellent with a good variety of choices. breakfast was buffet. dinner was served from a menu with excellent choices and quality location was perfect for delivering the kids to ski school on time. there was also a fabulous fondue dining experience available in the igloo next door and also a sauna for apres ski.

Simply fabulous!! We arrived wet and tired after a long day's walk to be greeted by the wonderful Brigitte...so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. As a trailer was blocking the view from our booked room we were generously given an upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. It was fabulous...clean, bright, modern with all sorts of thoughtful extras. The rest of the hotel followed suit !! Beautiful dining room and terrace with superb mountain views. Buffet style breakfast had a wonderful selection, beautiful breads and simply delicious. A fabulous modern style spa complex, always plenty of room. It also includes a free chairlift and bus pass which was a real bonus for our walking. It's also an easy walk into town if you can bear to leave the lovely hotel !!

We loved everything about this stay; the check-in and check-out procedures, location, views from our rooms and breakfast were amazing!
