The actual Boutique Hotel itself looked quite interesting ( as in the booking.com photos). At the last minute, all that was available was an apartment room.

the ground floor Eiger Aparthotel apartment is spacious for a family of 4. We booked with the cleaning package with as bonus the coffee + OK cake between 3 and 5pm in the hotel. The gym in the hotel is top and walk to the station 5 minutes easy.

Kandersteg is an adorable city and the area where the hotel is situated is very nice. Super quiet, with montain views and a small river, some trails and stuff. We loved it.
The breakfast was particulary nice, we were not expecting so many options, good coffee, nice tables and tasty food.
We stayed in the shared hostel area in the basement, but it was also pretty ok. very silent, clean bathroom and comfortable bed, nothing luxurious of course, but enough for a good night sleep! They have a restaurant and a bar also :)

Very good service. Very cosy/traditional sleeping room, you can see the history of the hotel. Very good breakfast (almost everything made by themselves or locally resourced), and the gourmet menu dinner is something you just have to try yourself!

We took the gondola (5 min walk from the station) from Zweisimmen to the lodge. It was really easy and comfortable.
The accommodation surpasses our expectations. We stayed here in July, and the views were breathtaking. The spa/wellness centre was amazing. The rooms were fresh, clean, and they had everything you needed.

We felt like royalty. The breakfast spread was excellent and filled with choices for everyone. The view of the waterfall from our room felt like a dream. We were lulled to sleep. Bathroom was one of the cleanest we've seen. We also took a complimentary hotel shuttle to/from the train station to make it easy to travel with our bags. It's easy to take the funicular to the water taxi to get to interlaken ost and it's a great area to stay if you wish to hike around the waterfall area.

Very nice! The apartment has almost everything you need. One thing that we missed was a coffee maker/machine. Although, we did appreciate that we could still make instant coffee (offered by the house) with the kettle.
The apartment was clean and you could see the mountains from the windows. It was also nice that there were blinds in the windows so we could sleep in darkness.
Guy answered quickly to our questions and was helpful.
The store downstairs was super convenient.

We planned really late for this vacation and didn't get much choices in Interlaken with our budget. So, our expectation was low. However, we liked the apartment. The owner was very responsive. It was close to Brienz train station. A bit of an uphill walk from the station but we didn't had trouble with our two large wheeled suitcases, a small wheeled suitcase and a couple of backpacks (family of 3).

The layout was unique, with the living area separated from the sleeping area by a rustic partitioned (hard to describe) wall. The bathroom was quite large and had his and hers sinks. Our balcony was also large, and located on the scenic side of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive and very good, but we didn't use the restaurant for any other meals.

Madam at the reception explained to me about the famous spot around the hotel very politely.
So I enjoyed going on a trip in Bern.
We can drink cafe anytime in the eating area.
All facilities keep very clean.
All staffs are very kind they helped me a lot.
Breakfast is very good, I can sleep well deeply because it is so quiet around the hotel.

The facilities were great, I had a big room with a lovely bathroom, comfy bed and my balcony had a view of the Jungfrau. The hotel was really quiet which is a priority for me in terms of a good night's sleep. Breakfast was great and also had dinner one night in the hotel which was delicious. I'd also recommend the Singaporean restaurant on the main street, eat in or take away. It's run by a lovely couple and the food is always excellent. We always eat here when we're in Murren.

Its so convenient, its proximity to the train station just a 2 minute walk. The Hotel is clean, apartment is complete with fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove. They provide dishwashing tablets, bath towels, kitchen towels, kitchen sponge and dish soap. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, waterfalls, glacier mountains, restaurants, convent stores and lively villages.

There are many shops outside Hotel Apartment.
Cooking equipment is of good quality.
There is a self service paid washing machine to use.
We appreciate Dalilia the receptionist went the extra mile to assist us with a phone call.

Stunning location and fantastic accommodation! The Host is super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff are great. The hotel has washing and dryer facilities that did not cost much to use.

This was an outstanding stay for us, noting we travel and staying in hotel accommodation a great deal.
The check-in process was very comprehensive, including the issue of free transportation passes during our stay.
The hotel is a very new design, and we couldn't believe how quiet the hotel continued to be, despite being fully booked.
The breakfast was very substantial with both a good range hot and cold food. It does get busy at times, but the staff work very hard to replenish the food.

Wengen was a quiet and lovely little town in the Alps. Our accommodation was nicely situated in the town and we had great views from our hotel room. Although it was an older property it was well organised, clean and had a great breakfast deal, especially for Switzerland! The room was very functional and considering the cost of this accommodation compared to others we were very happy with our choice.

Small private hotel with lovely ambience in reception and garden patio area. Warm welcoming staff. A bowl of fresh apples and coffe available was appreciated. Microwave available in breakout reception area
Small single room very functional and well designed. Clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Very quiet and good mechanised exterior blinds achieved a dark room for sleeping.
Location. Easy walk from train or into old town but free Bern travel card and buses and trams every minute allows easy access everywhere

We were positively surprised by this little hotel centrally located in Bern, a mere 2 minute-walk from the train station (still on a quiet street). We were gladly welcome with a cup of coffee at the reception, a few hours before normal check-in time. We were lucky enough to sleep in room number 10, facing the inner courtyard. The equipment in the room was sufficient to prepare our breakfast and basic dinner occasionally. Cleanliness was also right on spot, as was the size of the studio. Thank you to all team members!
