The location, the people that works on front desk and breakfast room are so generous and kind. Thank you for that.

The room was spacious, breakfast was lovely, the little newspaper was cute! The street outside was very nice to walk in.

The views to the lake is just unbelievable. The room was very nice, we had an upgrade to a bigger room. We had an issue with the bathroom and they gave us, right away, another room next to ours so we could shower there. Thank you for that. The breakfast was good but always running out of everything and the hotel was not near full. That was the only down thing. Otherwise, we absolutely loved staying at this hotel and will most likely go back in the summer.

The owner was really attentive. He helped us to get best of the region with a small child within 2 days thanks to his recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were so clean that I almost felt like home. The location is close to the Thun center and is by the lake.The hotel provides panoroma cards that provides free or discounted public transport.

The old hotel has lots of characters. Spacious room with an incredible view. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast room is bright and clean with a fantastic view.

This was just what I'd dreamed of- a beautiful apartment in an idyllic setting where we could relax and enjoy nature but still be close to town and trains. A hiking trail access is just up the street (very uphill which adds to the enjoyment), while at the bottom you have the lake, with many spots along it for swimming or picnicking. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. Very conveniently located close to 2 good groceries. Short bus ride to town or we preferred biking. I didnt explore restaurant options as we enjoyed dining on the patio. The apartment itself is lovely, and true to the photos There is gorgeous light, windows. It makes the most of space so the bathroom and kitchen are a little tight but the open living room, dining area and outdoor eating/grilling area plus a balcony stretching the length of the house made plenty of space for our family of 5. Everything was clean and functional. The street to the apartment is uphill, so if taking public transport be aware of this (may need alternative transport if health problems) but this means the views are indescribably gorgeous, and not blocked by anything.

Lovely apartment, fully equipped, beautiful views. A short (7-10 minutes) walk to grocery stores, lake and bus stop for Thun. We stayed in December, but for most of the year, the walk into Thun would be very nice. Excellent, clear communication with Kurt, the owner. Very reasonable price, especially for Switzerland. I highly recommend.

Perfect sized room with cozy and aesthetic vibe. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very nice.

Views from the apartment are unreal, you won't want to leave the house at all! Kitchen, bedroom, bath area are well equipped with essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable parking spot and also 5mins walking access to bus station for Thun/Spiez town. Hosts are very quick to respond and helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Natalie's. The studio was well equipped and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a big TV, along with a beautiful backyard. Bus stop was just a 2 min walk. Not having a kitchen sink wasn't an issue for us. Natalie was kind and let us check-in early, and easy to communicate with. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Thun or Interlaken.

The room was smaller but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and thought the small elevators were adventurous :). The location was convenient and the price was fair.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Thun. Enjoyed everything about it and had a pleasant short stay.

I took the panoramic delux room , with a bathtub with the view to the mountains , my stay was absolutely amazing , the staff were very helpful , and kind , the hotel is so clean, the spa was for us for an entire hour , that’s amazing . I would absolutely come back to this hotel boutique 🇨🇭

We arrived late at night and the town was very quiet. The location was fine. Parking garage was fine. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. So, overall, we made a good choice.

Loved the collection of open park space, view of the lake, variety of pool / sauna options and the gym was top level. Also appreciated their communal water/beverage component on each hall with a commitment to less use of plastics.
